Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were staying in a room with direct access to the pool. The pool was stretching across 10+ other rooms. If you want to go to the beach it is accessible through the restaurant which is right at the beach. Good music with a cosy atmosphere. Great and tasty Food is served there all day at normal price and you can use your payment card without any extra charges.The resort offers you a taxi (at normal local price) and scooters rental for about 250 bht per day. Convenance store 7/11 and 3x atm are located next door. Getting to the resort taks about 20 min from pier and is 200 bht per person.

It would be very long to tell. I don't recommend it at all. It's very basic for what they tell you. It has a pool, yes and it is good. Be careful not to break something, they have a list with what you will have to pay for each damage. Spacious room, huge bed, other than that nothing more. The shower towel had stains on it before using it. There was no hair dryer, when I asked for it they told me to return it after using it, that they didn't have it for all the rooms and it is tacky. Breakfast is late, if you have an excursion or have to leave early you have to make a living. They don't help, except to get you a taxi because they take commission and the second day we used their taxi they left us stranded in the middle of who knows. We had a hard time finding one to return to. Yesterday I told them that today we were leaving at 7:00 to check out and they told me they would be there. As I imagined, it's a lie, everything is closed, because they are there from 8 to 7 in the afternoon, outside of those hours, if you have a problem, you're looking for a life. They do not answer the phone or WhatsApp during their hours. This morning we put the keys through a slot and we recorded it on video, we wrote to them, I'm in a Wi-Fi zone and they haven't even answered. On top of that, the place is ugly as hell, in very bad taste, gray concrete. You don't know if you're in prison or Auswich when you go to the shower. I insist, not at all recommended.

😡😡 it is 11 p.m. our room has not been cleaned, the towels have not been changed. no bottled water and no coffee. We went to reception and were told: tomorrow. And all this with a disconcerting I don't care and telling us that we were bad people (receptionist in a bad mood)😡😡

Never in my life during my travels has my hotel room not been cleaned and when I report it to the reception I am told that there is no staff and that I am not a good person

Will give a total of 4 stars to this hotel .The service was absolutely fantastic !!The view from the restaurant/ cafe was the best all over haad Yao beach for sure .The rooms was just ok .. not fancy but clean enough.

I feel the strong need to review this hotel.I have seen so many bad reviews so that before my stay I was a bit worried. But I want to tell you that we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.The pool was amazing! Also the staff was very nice and helped us with everything.You need to understand that the price of the stay is very low so that you dont expect service and rooms as in Four Seasons.But after 7 days we actually extend our stay to 16 days and had a really nice time.Thanks a lot fot everything!PS: one of the best parts was Kent Bike who rented us the scooter and was always very helpful and nice!

Great hotel. Super quiet, always bed space around the pool, really nice chairs, beds & sun loungers, very modern. Although the hotel rooms are a bit more dated, they are super spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Located on a quieter part of the island but a good few beach bars, shops, 7eleven and AppleBar!

The hotel is located in an excellent location, behind it there is a bar restaurant on the beach with amazing sunsets. It should be noted that it is difficult to get around without a motorcycle.Regarding the hotel staff, there was great difficulty in communicating with them. They didn't know English or even Thai, except for the receptionist who always seemed very upset or unpleasant when we approached to ask her something.The room was really uncomfortable and neglected with bad air conditioning, and did not match the pictures they show on the website, and in addition there was a slot under the door where animals could enter (and entered). The sheets was filled with sand. It should be said that in some parts of the hotel there is a bad sewer smell.We strongly do not recommend, we are sure that for the money we paid, we could have found a much better alternative than this hotel.

Great place! The beach is jist STUNNING white sand blue shallow water, a lot of coffeeshops and restaurants nearby, great vibe of Vagga Cafe, music, people, we loved it!Rooms very simple but clean and jist enough for what we needed.Thank you, we will be back!

PERFECT. FOR BACKPACKERS like us. Bungalows practically good. Clean. Incl. AC. (Which you also need). Unfortunately the "facility manager" was unable to adjust the TV so that you get a clear picture or program.Reception very friendly. Staff generally great. Courteous.The “highlight” for us was the Vagga Bar. Absolutely great ambience with a chillout area at its finest including music. Prices moderate.You should definitely rent a scooter to explore the island. Car is useless.
