Nestled in a hip and vibrant neighbourhood with everything that anyone would ever need, the stay here was an excellent and amazing experience, very much in line with the best of 5-star hotels. Check-in process was smooth and fast courtesy of a very helpful front desk, and the covered linkway via sister hotel Nikko meant that it was a mere 3 min walk to the BTS skytrain station.Despite the proximity to the traffic intersection and metro station, sound insulation was superb and the road noise was mostly kept at bay. It was well worthwhile that I paid a little more for the Grand Deluxe rooms which were beautiful and well stocked with toiletries, with everything matching the pictures, no bait-and-switch tactics employed here. The gym on the highest floor was functional and well-maintained. The LAUNDRY ROOM was a godsend, there aren’t many hotels these days which house an economical self-service coin-operated washer & dryer.For a nightly rate of US$75-80 this hotel is quite a steal, and certainly deserves substantially more than its current 3.5-star categorization. It was supposed to be renamed as the “JAL City Hotel Bangkok” but that was delayed due to the pandemic and this transition looks to be completed very soon.

This is not the hotel that I thought I had booked. But what a fabulous surprise. Great location in Thong Lor, lovely helpful staff. Great mistake 😉

I booked through Agoda for 3500 baht for 3 adults and 1 child.Breakfast is not included.I think it is good price compared to other hotels in Thonglor.There is no swimming pool, but there is a bathtub in the room. Water pressure is also good.The floor is carpeted, but overall clean.Recommended if you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Thonglor.

Check in was fast. Staff were very friendly. And room was ready earlier than expected. Location wise is good because it is near famous mae varae mango. Ideal to stay on last day to buy mango before gg to hotel.Cons is, there are no guest security in the lifts. Anyone without card can come up. I booked a suite, tho it is spacious, room look and feel is old. Toilet was dark with no light in the shower. Some table tops weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Pillows and blankets have some light dotted stains. I believe hotel does its best to upkeep. But overall it is not updated and quality maintained. For short stay is ok, but not recommended for long comfy stay

Very convenient location, rooms are small but clean.However, the toilets do not flush easily.The shower sometimes has no hot waterThe attached laundry room has only two washers and two dryers, and in some cases you have to wait quite a long time.

I stayed here one night and enjoyed it. Comfortable and quiet rooms, a brand new gym (the best I've seen in a hotel), and great value for money. It's very close to Thong Lo BTS and right beside its sister hotel, Hotel Nikko Bangkok. Right now they are planning to renovate the hotel so it will be closed temporarily soon.Location: steps to the BTS, lots of restaurants and massage shops nearby, walking distance to everything on Thong Lor.Rooms: good quality rooms, I really liked the swivel chair that can be used for work or relaxing. Not much of a view but it's a budget room.Amenities: the best gym I've seen so far at a hotel, it even has a punch bag! No swimming pool but you can pay a fee to use the one at Hotel Nikko Bangkok. Coin laundry is available. Service was pretty good all around.Overall Opinion: a great value-oriented hotel in the heart of Thong Lo with an amazing gym and good service. Unbeatable location- the hotel is next to Nikko Hotel which is very close to BTS Thing Lor station, 7-11, shops, cafes, Very central location.The hotel facilities were well equipped. However there were some strains found on towel and pillow cases. I thought cleanliness could be improved.The receptionists and staff were helpful and welcoming.Value for money. I would definitely come back to stay around here.

Hotel room reservation prices fluctuate greatly depending on the time of day.It was good for a light breakfast and the menu was similar every day, close to Japanese food.
