Fantastically beautiful hotel with great attention to detail. Beautifully laid out with lots of plants and right by the sea with a small beach at low tide. Pool is very clean and you can look directly at the sea. We stayed there for 9 nights and had a villa right on the beach. The villa has everything you need. It is spacious, has a kitchenette with a kettle, washing machine, dishes, etc. In the evening it is wonderful to sit on the veranda and listen to the sea. The staff is extremely friendly and open to all wishes. The food in the restaurant is also extremely tasty 😋 There is a small selection at breakfast. But it's enough to start the day. You can order something from the main menu at any time in the morning for little money. Little Mango (not a problem for us now) the rooms are only cleaned every 5 days. And you should bring beach towels from home. The location for excursions is perfect. We explored the island by scooter. A perfect holiday as you wish.

We are a small family of 4 who visited absolut beachfront. We booked one of the family villas. Everything was amazing. The location is the best we have had in Thailand. The staff is friendly and make you feel at home from start. If you are looking for a vacation where you feel at peace without to many people around this is the place for you.We give this place 100/10! And will definitely be back again:-)

This hotel offers a mixed bag of experiences, with both positives and negatives. The positives:- The hotel boasts a prime location right in front of the sea, creating a great vibe and providing an ideal setting for relaxation.- The pricing is relatively reasonable. (around 300€ for 2 nights for a 2 BR "villa" during fullmoon)The negatives:- The hotel falls far short of its claimed 5-star status. It's a mystery how they achieved such a rating, as the quality of the rooms and service is more in line with a 3-star or 3.5-star establishment. In essence, the hotel isn't bad if it were accurately categorized.-The staff, unfortunately, leave much to be desired in terms of friendliness. Even a simple greeting appears to be an extraordinary effort for them.- The breakfast experience is in dire need of improvement and doesn't meet the standard one would expect from a hotel. I would rate it 1 out of 5 for breakfast quality. Two slices of processed bread, convenience store sausages, eggs and a cup of hot water with instant coffee to mix are far from what one would expect from a breakfast that can be enjoyed.- The two-bedroom bungalow is more like a single bedroom with an added sofa bed, designed as a second bedroom. This falls short of the expectation of two separate, fully private bedrooms, as the walls between the two rooms don't reach the ceiling. In summary, it wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't an incredible one. However, when a hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment, you naturally expect a different level of service. If they had accurately portrayed themselves as a 3-star hotel from the beginning, I would have had more reasonable expectations.

I loved staying here. Upon arrival it was honestly like stepping into luxury. We stayed here just over a week, and it was one of the best places I have ever stayed anywhere. We had 5 of us on our trip, two couple each in a hut with A/C and one single in a fan hut. The fan hut came with a mosquito net, so nothing to worry about there. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the family that run it are what truly made our stay so wonderful. They are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they even asked us to try some possible future menu items for them. The food they make is lovely and the family even taught us some more Thai as well and would help us get our pronunciation right as well so when we used it elsewhere we were doing it right. The views are also spectacular, and the location is pretty darn perfect for most things you might want to do. I would recommend getting a bike on the island regardless, but even without having one there are some lovely eateries and fun stuff to do (including the half moon party just down the road) all within walking distance. When we come back to Koh Pha Ngan, I will want to stay here again.

Unfortunately for a supposedly 5 star hotel with the corresponding price, a big disappointment. The room was not cleaned during our stay (3 days), although a lot of sand was always carried into the room due to the proximity to the beach. There was only 1 towel that wasn't changed. Breakfast consisted of an omelet with a cup of hot water mixed with Nesscafe powder and milk powder. On the last day they also let the water out of the pool...Overall, one of the negative experiences of the whole trip. Definitely not worth the money 👎👎
