She is very kind and helpful.Guesthouse is really clean and cozy.It’s really close to the weekend night market.If the boss asks about this or that, please let me know.Reservations can be made by sending a Google message.I think private homes like this are generally clean and well-maintained.

It's really a feeling like sleeping at a relative's house. I stayed in a 3.5 foot single bed room, sleeping alone. The room was cute. The mattress and pillows are clean and soft and comfortable to sleep on. But because it is a wooden floor, you have to walk slowly or the noise will disturb other guests. The price is considered good. Traveling alone is considered convenient. Near Kad Kong Ta Near a delicious restaurant, just one baht Mahamit Coffee Shop is a few steps away. There is a convenience store near Suan Dok Temple (near Asia Lampang Hotel). It's a short walk away. But far away is a convenience store. Have to walk almost to 5 intersections or at the Government Savings Market. No matter where you go, you have to walk 900 meters. If you want to buy something, I recommend ordering Deliverly right away.

Very nice stay. I visited Lampang mid March and it was pretty quiet. This is a nice guest house to have all the necessities in a low price. It gets hot at the day time but the air conditioner in a room works pretty well so you rest at the house. Properties are maintained clean and the location is very convenient to reach all the popular spots like night market, bridges and temples. You can make a reservation via Facebook messenger. The owner lady does not speak english fluently but can communicate. Her family would help with it and even speak Korean, me as a Korean very pleased 😁I want to go back when it is less sizzling.

Great experience with this place, simple room and clean, quiet, valuable price. The owner was friendly always recommended a good place to visit.
The opposite is the river and some cafes, I really enjoy to visit and chilling by the river. Definitely going back again.

Very spacious rooms, clean with a writing desk, kettle and fridge. It was surprisingly cheap (600 baht) and very pleasant. The location is fantastic as well, it's a really good option for anyone visiting lampang.

The room is clean and has everything you need. The air conditioner is also great. It was cold at night, so I turned it off and went to sleep. Above all, the owner is very kind. I received a lot of help while I was there. He helped me do my laundry and took me around the surrounding area. I liked it so much that I stayed for a week. It was nice that they rented out bicycles for free and it was really close to the weekend night market. The most disappointing thing is that you cannot make a reservation online. There is no breakfast, but they provide instant porridge or ramen every day. Besides that, he kept giving me something when I was sitting alone. In the end, I would feel sorry for getting so much out of it. I'm leaving after a very good night. I totally recommend it!
