Repeated and frequent visited this Sindhorn Midtown due to work and leisure. Rooms, service and location were great and always room for improvement. Particularly, Khun Naphat was always helpful to extend helping hand, keep up the good work 👍

I can feel that the service is really trying to reflect the highest requests as much as possible, and I can also feel that they are trying to keep it clean. As it was an anniversary, the attention to detail on the cake and printing stood out. Although it's not close to the BTS station, it's not a bad road for Lee Dong-na and I to walk, so I'm very satisfied.

We stayed here for four nights and had a regular double room on the eighth floor. Absolutely sufficient in size!The location is excellent. You can reach a lot of things on foot and the 7/11 right outside the door is incredibly convenient. The staff is consistently very friendly.The rooms are ok. We were a bit disappointed with the bathroom as there was mold everywhere in the grout lines in the shower! All corners and edges are very worn and discolored. The edge of the plug hole in the sink has probably never been cleaned. There is a yellow/green/black coating there. Definitely not appropriate for a five star hotel!!The breakfast, on the other hand, was really varied. You have a long piece of paper at the table on which you can mark what you would like. It should be emphasized that when it comes to egg dishes, you can explicitly state how you would like them to be prepared. Really great because, for example, I like my omelette to be well done and don't want anything liquid in it. However, we would have liked freshly squeezed orange juice. There is orange juice, but it is definitely not made from fresh oranges.The pool is open for a really long time in the evenings, so you can usually have a relaxing evening swim. Unfortunately, the hotel does not prevent all guests from having a photo shoot there. Accordingly, swimming is hardly possible because there are constant flashes and thunderstorms.We cannot recommend the Black Cat restaurant. It's really bad!This little café there is also absolutely overpriced. We had the almond croissant and a passionfruit smoothie. The croissant was really terrible. Just sweet, but it didn't taste like almond. The smoothie was incredibly cold because - for whatever reason - it is made with a lot of ice. Unfortunately, that's not on the menu and to be honest, we understood something different by a smoothie.

The rooms have a lot of condensation. So much that anything fabric exposed to air was damp to wet. All our clothes felt like laundry that wasn’t fully dried. The sheets pillows and blankets were damp all night so it was really hard to sleep. We were worried about the damage all this moisture could do to our electronics if everything else was this wet. We don’t know if it may be the AC that was blowing cold air but not removing moisture but it was madness.We asked to move rooms because it was just unbearable but the second room was also the same so it seems to be a central issue. The floor was also extremely dirty as well. We had to wipe our feet everytime we got back to bed.We notified the manager of everything and they were nice about things but they offered us no compensation or remediation and have not reached out since after saying they’ll look into it. For a hotel that is almost 300$/night we expected better than this. The least we should be able to expect is a dry bed to sleep in.We usually stay at the renaissance around the corner and was there just a few days prior and it was perfectly dry and normal.

The accommodation is in a very good location. Located in the Lang Suan area, near BTS Chidlom, it's convenient to go anywhere else. Near famous department stores. The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern, clean rooms, complete with amenities. The pillows and mattresses are very good. The common swimming pool has a beautiful view. Fitness equipment is completely gone. Breakfast is delicious and diverse. Dinner at Anju, Korean food, very delicious, impressive, will definitely go to stay again.

second time staying here and i’m still loving it! it’s a great location as we’re in the heart of bangkok but away from the congestion, and walkable to BTS and nearby malls (siam paragon, central world, big C, gayson amarin).rooms are very new, spacious and clean. facilities are great, breakfast spread is huge as well! plus a 7-11 right below the property which makes midnight supper plans great.shoutout to Game who also helped with an airport transfer - which was actually cheaper & more comfy than Grab, you the man! seriously, love this place so much!

The room was large and the location was great. There was a back door leading to Ratchadamri, so the two Chitlom Charadamri stations were close. Breakfast had a lot of different foods, so it was nice to be able to eat different types of food.

The service level of Game, Unda, and Naphat is 6 stars. The room is large and has a sofa. Breakfast is not tired of eating every day. There are so many choices. They also thoughtfully prepare birthday cakes. I will definitely stay here next time.

The staff are friendly and I am especially grateful to the staff member named T. I guess my Taxi Grab card was wrong and I didn't have any cash, so I was able to avoid an awkward situation by quickly helping me exchange money and sorting things out.First of all, the good thing is that the breakfast is delicious. It tastes even better, especially if you adjust the sauce carefully next to the rice noodles. Add red pepper powder in moderation and add vinegar and other ingredients.All the staff are friendly.The location is good as it is easy to get to two stations, is right in front of Starbucks, which is said to be the prettiest place in Bangkok, is right in front of 7-Eleven, and is right next to the Kids Cafe.If you're going to Shindon Kempinski afternoon tea, just walk straight down and into the mall. The station is also close and nice.
