The room looked new and very clean. We chose the one with a balcony to add a little more money. Got a view of the bridge and the market below. The accommodation is right on the walking street. (The market is on Sat.-Sun.) People with cars may have to park their cars nearby. The owner of the room advised me to park. It's safe.(The owner is very cute and recommends places to visit as well. Hehe)This time it happened to coincide with “The 107th Anniversary of Ratsadaphisek Bridge” so we got another view of the fireworks.Overall, first time coming to Lampang. Very impressed 💓

4 nights including breakfast. decent room, bathroom too, clean linen, discreet and efficient owner.on site for the market, under our window,no nuisance in the room.American breakfast served on the plate, coffee.motorbike rented in town, parked in front.The reception and breakfast room lack charm..

The room inside is quite clean and beautifully arranged, orderly and cute, but the balcony, walkway, stairs The area around the hotel is dusty and not very clean. The room is not very soundproof, you can still hear sounds from outside and neighboring rooms. which is normal for wooden houses This place probably isn't suitable.

Rooms were big enough, clean and quiet. Continental breakfast easy but good and enough.
The guesthouse is on the saturday night market street. A nice place to stay in Lampang.

It is a homestay located in Loei Walking Street, Walking Street is open Saturday-Sunday. During the market, the road will be closed so you can park your car in another place which is not too far away. The parking fee is 50-60 baht, depending on the person who collects it. 555 The car parked inside is a mess. A room with a balcony and one without is a 100 baht difference. The price for a room with a balcony is 890. Breakfast is included. As for the price, call and ask the homestay again. Overall is a good location.

Other then a hard matress nothing to complain. Nice location in old town, a lot to see within a km walkin distance.Pretty high quality rooms for this budget... except for the bed and matress :-)

Went here because other reviews mentioned the great owner. Owner was absent for 90% of our stay and didn't help at all with regards tours, rentals etc. The location is pretty far from most lively places other than the weekend market, so if you're here on a week day you may be disappointed. Room full of ants.

- An over rated & over priced " boutique " Guesthouse,poor at best. If you're charging descent hotel prices there should be proper towels & proper breakfast . The lighting was dismal at best .

The owner is cute and the service is friendly. Beautiful, clean rooms with an impressive breakfast. Walking down from the accommodation, you can walk to Kad Kong Ta Walking Street. And this road also has ancient teak houses over a hundred years old to see.

The place is located in the center of the 'Chinese district' of Lampang which runs alongside the river. On the weekend that same street has a walking market so you're definitely in the center of the action. …

Lampang is a peaceful and authentic city, and the culinary specialty is a pasta recipe... well this guesthouse is home to the best restaurant in the city: small, but intimate and quiet. the nightmarket, under the windows of the guesthouse once a week, is great: I was the only Westerner, total immersion and change of scenery!
