Rooms are priced at 450-600 baht. At this price, it is private. Considered that it was not worth it with what was encountered in the environment and the location, that is, there were only old buildings that were secretly haunted. At night, it was very frightening. There was almost no light. There was only dog and cat excrement on the entrance. There were no security guards, like a slum. The traffic is very narrow. Big cars can hardly fit here. There is no parking. The best recommendation is to call the app and check in with the uncle and aunt. They take good care of you and get a room on the 3rd floor. At that time I rested for several days. Because I came from another province, the room was in an old dormitory condition, the bed was secretly hard, the pillows were very flat. TV can be viewed normally. But when turning the lights on and off, the signal disappeared. The bathroom was outside, and there was a strange smell. The old air conditioner was not cool when turned on. The wardrobe is OK. Wifi is not very strong. Wifi is turned off between 4:11 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. until it can be used and may be turned off for longer than that. There are 2 bottles of water per day and tissues. The part that doesn't impress me at all is the soap and shampoo, which are mixed together in liquid form. The smell is very strange, I don't dare use it at all. The cleanliness is not very clean. There was dust floating around, causing me to sneeze several times because I was allergic to dust. The room doesn't keep much sound. From 1-3 AM, cats fight almost every day. What's even more shocking is that foreigners, outdoors, live broadcasts, the sound is very clear. In the morning, there was the sound of a train passing by. We could hardly sleep. When we got to sleep again, It's 6:00 p.m. and there's a lot of food.Bought a Coke that the hotel sells in a large bottle for 30 baht. It turned out that it had expired for more than a month. I was so scared I didn't want to go back! thank you

It was clean compared to the price, and there were no bed bugs or mosquitoes, which was nice.It's also perfect for solo travelers or couples who don't want to spend a lot of money on hotels.There is a Seacon Bangkae within 1.5km that is worth walking distance from, so it is good for shopping and eating.

At a price below 1000 THB, the room was good enough. The location was close enough to serve my purpose of visit. The site is a little far from the main.They do not provide food, but a microwave is on the veranda. Get something from a '7-eleven' convenience store that will serve the purpose. Lunch and dinner one can get in the vicinity. There are few eateries and street food, usually noodles and rice.Walk 5 minutes to the right from the hotel and turn left and you will get the city bus service available every 5-10 minutes. There is bus stop. Look for the signboard of those bus stops.

The outside condition is unacceptable. The condition in the room seems to be good, but it's not. The bathroom is very duress, the mattress doesn't matter. Plus it's still quite expensive. The owner seems to be hot for money too.

Great location - next to MRTA station. The hotel itself is simple, but the price is appropriate; if you stay more than a day, the price can be reduced a little.On the 2nd floor there is a kettle and drinking water, a microwave, dishes. AlsoThe service includes 2 bottles of water per room daily. Nice staff.

The room is OK and has everything. We stayed on the 4th floor and the atmosphere was ok. The uncles and aunts provide very good service, are friendly, and are very close to the Phetkasem 48 MRT. It's easy to find things to eat.
