There is no elevator, very bad wifi, but room 305 is very good. The only criticism is that the wooden shelves in the bathroom are rotten. The air conditioner is cold, slow and loud enough to make you sleep. You have to do a big wash. A small wash is not worth it. Because the air conditioner seems to be very clogged. Overall, I really like it. The room is spacious, lots of parking, strong water flow, big refrigerator, clean room, fragrant sheets.

The bathroom is very dirty, moldy as shown in the picture.The service is terrible. The first day I forgot to clean. When we went to tell He pushed back that we didn't hang a sign telling him. (which we hang)The second day before leaving So we stressed that we shouldn't forget to clean it. When we came back to the room in the evening, it was like we had done it sloppily. I forgot to bring water again.

I haven't been more disappointed in a hotel in Thailand as I was at this one. Our room should not have been used for guests. And I'll never stay here, or at any Airbest again. What the pictures don't show are the blood stains and bodily fluids on the mattress nor the sound of the air conditioner that resembled a jet plane taking off 😳. Crumbling walls, black mold, stained sheets. And, the bathroom ceiling looked to be on the verge of falling down. Who would think this was okay to room guests in? So, so disappointed. Friends of ours didn't have problems with their rooms, but I'd avoid room 103 if I were you.
