I opened the room on July 2nd.Until July 3, the departure date is 12.00.At 8:00 a.m. I went down to eat and took my bag to leave with the tour.And I still got to the room.But the housekeeper hurriedly came to unlock the room and clean up the mess because I hadn't returned the room yet. My money was paid in full. But the service is bad like chasing away customers.

The room that I stayed is really unclean. I can see too many spider webs hanging around the ceiling and the furnitures such as beds and cabinets are old-fashioned. The receptionist doesn't understand English. It's difficult to communicate. I wanted to cancel the room and asked for refund but the receptionist refused to refund. The corridor is spooky at night. I won't stay at this hotel again.

I often travel to Hat Yai in January of the year. I happened to be traveling here. I had already planned to go to Thailand in April to participate in the Songkran Festival, so I went directly to the hotel in January to book a hotel. However, the front desk said that reservations could not be made and that walk in booking was required. No matter how we talked to the front desk, they still refused our reservation and said that the room would only be available after we walked in in April. When I walked in in April, the hotel said that the room was fully booked. So we argued with the front desk about why we could make a reservation and not just walk in. The front desk just kept saying it. He said he didn't know and he didn't say it. Those who booked the hotel also booked in January. Why can others do it? Later, the hotel directly said that if you want a room, it will increase the price by 200 baht. After that, we had to compromise. After checking in, we found two rooms. The hotels are of different sizes because we booked two large rooms and the front desk just said that as long as there are two beds, it is a large room.In fact, the problem is not big. It's just that the attitude at the front desk is not very good.
