Came to hat yai so so many time this is my 1st time with my family at this hotel extra person will be charge and also got not kettle in the room wifi also not strong 1 room only can connect 3 phone😡

Comfortable accommodation, clean rooms, complete with amenities such as an air conditioned room with a fan, a hot kettle, a hair dryer, an elevator, parking under the building, a location near Mini Big C, 7/11, and a washing machine. Value for money with walk in stay for a nigh in Hatyai. Room is very clean with enough facilities for a night stay. Parking under building with also large/new washing and drying machines. Nearby stores (Big C CVS) and all food stalls even a bit far from city center. Reco to stay.

The rooms are clean and good. The only downside is that the key deposit of 300 is not enough. I forgot the keys in the car and when I came back I asked to use Mr. Jae as a reserve. To open it, I still had to pay another deposit of 300. It's not that much of a 5-star hotel. This is just a small hotel with a lot of problems. Even though I come often and plan to stay for 2 days, I'll check out the house. I won't come again.

Is there less than 1 star? I'll press it for you.I've been living in a monthly dormitory for over 2 years. When I was going to deduct the fees, this was so much that it was ugly. While staying, he likes to have problems with me. If I make a loud noise or close the door loudly in other rooms, why don't you go and scold them? Keep criticizing this and that. There is little car parking. There are a lot of complicated problems.I recommend it. Anyone who will stay here...go find another place to stay.
