Booked a double bed room from Agoda but on the day of check-in got a single bed room.Staying 3 people, additional service charge 300100 is the number of extra guests.200 is the cost of a pillow, towel, 1 bottle of water, blanket, and futon, which is a mattress that sleeps on the floor. When we say no, no. If you don't add an extra bed, you'll ask for 200 a night, just tell them 100, which is the amount of the extra person staying. Then there was a call and the employee said that if you don't pay an additional 200 baht, they will take the pillow, towel, 1 bottle of water, blanket and mattress back. They are really taking advantage of consumers. Which if as booked from the beginning, it's not our fault at all. Because it was originally reserved as a double bed, very bad. Who will come to stay during the graduation ceremony? It is recommended that you look elsewhere. Paying a little more will likely get better accommodation than here.

The room is not as described, there is no lamp like in the picture. The balcony was not clean, the television was old, the staff charged the wrong room rate. The page admin doesn't clearly inform. The air conditioner is not very cool. The bathroom is not clean. The bathroom mirror's headlight doesn't turn on.

I stayed here on Dec 2023, a peaceful place but there is dust everywhere. Managed to get good sleep here after tiring day exploring places. The place is quite far from the city area but grab can easily come. View is great with balcony and the receptionist can speak in Malay language. I think we spend rm100 for 2 days stay on a 2 ppl room.

Obviously the hotel has seen better days and you are probably wondering why 5*!?It is obvious that this is family run business that hasn't recovered, yet, from the Covid crisis. The staff was very kind and helpful, so I return, to show our support, we will stay again, in Pearl Palace, whenever we come back to Hat Yai

The hotel is okay, workers can speak Malay so it's easier for the Malaysians,For me the price is hella cheap, i found 2 twin beds' rooms for 2 nights under rm300. Since people come here for food hunting, so as long as the bed is comfortable, nothing to be complained.If you guys forgot to bring your own iron, just ask the receptionist (foc)

The room is good, but there are a lot of ghosts. And the service is very bad. Let me sleep in the ghost's room. This is a new experience, Isis. The price is expensive. It's better to spend a little more and go to another steaming place. I recommend.

Clean rooms, inexpensive prices, convenient parking, staff and owners provide very good service. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I'm impressed. Next time you come to Hat Yai, you must definitely stay here.
