Nong Fa, the officer, provided welcome and service, was friendly, had a smiling face, very good service, and provided excellent assistance in every matter.The room below seems to be noisy all the time. I can't sleep at all. But overall, it is given Nong Fa is an outstanding employee.

Place is ok for overnight stay, parking is difficult to find. Best thing about this place is the girl who works the front desk/cafe, she went above and beyond to help us.

The staff are all very nice. When you go in, it doesn't look like a hotel at all. It's more like a coffee shop. It's beautiful and easy to take pictures. There's also a 7-11 next door. It's just that the hotel is a little far away from the Leegarden and the soundproofing isn't great, but overall it's pretty good. OK

Not a convenient place to stay due to the location is not close to the tourist spot/market. Additional parking fees is needed if you’re driving and the roofless parking lot available is about 4-5 mins walking distance from the stay. The rooms are not sound proof and we had 2 nights of bad quality sleep with fear due to fighting sounds from next door customers. Besides that, the rooms has strong awful and pungent waterway smell.

Overall the environment of the hotel is okay. We booking for 2 rooms. Hotel policy to check in is 2pm. We arrived around 220pm and the receptionist said that both room are not ready for us to check in since the cleaner still clean up the rooms. So we need to wait another 15 minutes. Around 250pm we were being told 1 room is ready and another room need to wait for 10 minutes more. At the end, the room is available at 343pm.

Room: 3/5Stayed here for 3D & 2N. The stay was okay for me but on the second day morning, I put the "Please make up room" door card and hanged it on the door handle and when I came back, nothing changed. I was hoping the comforter and towels got changed for my 2nd night stay here but no, it was the same one...Bathroom: 3/5The bathroom has a damp stench when I checked in but gradually vanished after electricity was turned on (ventilator). Body soap and shampoo are provided. There's a pipe bidet which is a plus point for me but the toilet need to flush 2 time if you're taking a poo 🥲 The toilet paper was damp as well.Amenities: 2/5The iron and hair dryer will be provided upon request. The TV has netflix and youtube in it. No need to log in to your account, you can use the netflix for free as it's under the hotel's service.Location: 3/5It took me few minutes to find the entrance to the hotel. Turned out the entrance door is a name of a cafe (Hotel's cafe) which then will leads you to the front desk. Watsons is just beside the entrance door.Overall rating: 3/5

Rooms: 5 rooms were booked. 2 air condition water leaking, 1 room super smelly, others are ok.Service: So so. Self Services.Location : Quite far from big city but very close to big market.Coffee is good.

This is the worse hotel room which I’ve ever stayed in throughout my travels. Upon entering the room , I smelled a bad stench comes from the bathroom. The toilet rolls were soiled and yet it’s there for guests to use. Being scared of bacteria, my husband went to Watson next door to buy antibacterial spray to spray . It’s actually a waste of money cos the stench is still there although we spray a few times. There is no room service from 7 pm onwards till the next morning.The location was a big issue because it is difficult to get on and off the van. Being raining this morning, the situation was worse.Then in one of the rooms , the air conditioner was dripping water the whole night.I guess we must not fully believe all those good reviews.

The room is clean, the security is 100%, questions are answered instantly, and communication is no problem!The only drawback is that the parking lot is next to Big C and you have to walk!

The staff are very friendly and give good advice.The room is new and smells good. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. Good location opposite Hat Yai Hospital. Near 7-Eleven, convenient travelThere is a smart TV that you can easily watch. Downstairs is a cute cafe. It's a little stuck. The room isn't soundproof. If people walk around in front of the room or in the corridor, it's a loud noise. Many steps of stairs Suitable for young people. Overall, very good value for this price.

Recommend both local people who come to take care of patients at Hat Yai Hospital and tourists. who want to experience the life of Hat Yai people Finding food is very convenient. Accommodation is new and safe with a key card system. Downstairs there is a nice coffee shop. Overall, it's very good and recommended.

Very welcoming and hospitable owners and staff. The place is very very new and was told that we were one of the first customers to the place, therefore you can expect the best facilities when you are staying at this place. There is a watsons right beneath the place and a 7E right next to it. This place also comes with a connected cafe called “momento” which is very nice and relaxing. Overall one of the best stays in Hat Yai! Will be returning here.
