A resort that is a little far from Hatyai town but if you want to go to the floating market you can just walk. Facilities are not solid but enough for basic needs. The best thing about this resort is that each room has its own parking porch so it's easy to load and unload luggage.

The Thai house room is beautiful, the atmosphere is good, but during the breakAt night, there is a liquor band at the pavilion next to the room. It's very loud, disturbing people who are trying to sleep. I can't take it like this.

Win resort i stay for 4 days ,so far very bad environment .1.the bathroom was too bad smell ,please clean the toilet tank2.air condition very bad too ,leaking water and no cold at all ,and she offer me fan for 4 days ,no discount .3.The room service very bad ,and I'm very disappointed to choose the win resort at thailand .The win hotel view like at jungle ,this is my experience in win hotel .hope the management make upgrade the win hotel

Not very ok ❌️Normally there is a hotel to stay at, but it was raining heavily so I looked for a place to stay nearby.Called several times to inquire about accommodations, but no one answered.So I drove in.Met an employee holding an umbrella and leaning over the mirror.I asked if he was staying overnight or temporarily. We told him to stay the night.They said overnight 500, deposit 200.Then he ran into the shade. (Although I myself had an umbrella open) I opened the window and let the rain splash and get wet.ConfusedThen he ran back, leaned over again, said he wasn't ready to pay yet, and ran back.We were confused, didn't they let us park in the shade and check in?He ran back again and we handed over the room fee and deposit. He handed me the room key. Then point out the location of the room.The tone of voice and facial expression are not good.It's like they don't really want to serve.In front of the room we had, there was a clothes drying rack.Our car is a car + heavy rain makes it difficult to reverse.Normally, they place a clothes drying rack in front of the guest room. Stay like this?‼️The peak is in the room ‼️Opening in the room is the old room condition.📌There was a smell inside the room. At first I thought it wasWell, I'll endure it, I'm too lazy to drive in the rain + I need to pee and have to go to the bathroom.📌The bathroom floor is wet even though we haven't done anything yet. The water pipe under the sink is leaking.📌Furniture, wardrobes, tables are old and worn out.📌The glass has stains.📌Chair pillows are moldy. The chair cushion has stains and mold.Is this really the condition of the room that guests stay in?We travel often But I've never encountered a room like this. Room size is cheaper than this Or even sleeping in a tent, we've never experienced anything like this before.I already feel bad about the service. The staff are all good at serving guests.5. There is no iron. It's good to bring your own when traveling in Thailand.6. The bathroom and toilet are spacious but the sliding door cannot be locked.7. As far as sleeping is okay. And worth the price.10. If you have children, it's best to ask for a single bed room because the king size bed is like a crater. Maybe there are many people dancing on the bed at night. Room No. 3311. The best location because it is close to viral places in Hat Yai.
