First time staying at a hostel while abroad, great hostel for budget travelers. It was quiet and had good WiFi. Curtain only covers a third of the bed but pair it with your towel and you get half.

Honestly the worst capsule hotel i’ve ever been. Unfriendly frontline staff, humid room due to guest hanging their dirty clothes and washing clothes inside the room. Dirty shower. And i guess lot of people staying for long time here(?) which makes me lil bit uncomfortable. No elevator. The are is not so so as well. The curtain cant cover all the window bed and it makes other guest can see us. Literally not recommended at all.

Dirty and smelly rooms, not comfortable at all.Very cheap prices but they asked for an unreasonably high deposit IN CASH to enter the room (over 1500 BAHTS), which sucks for foreigners like us.+ no working AC and humidity all over the sheets

The customer service was awful, they charged us 2000bahts instead of 600 for the key deposit. A lot of humidity on the rooms, the sheets are literally wet. No window.Bathrooms full of dirt and very wet floor.

Unlike the reviews, the people at the front desk were pleasant and very kind. I'm Japanese, and I think the customer service was very good. I think it's unreasonable to ask for everything because the price is so low. At least I felt comfortable.

You can stay there cheaply, but you don't feel welcome, and the big women are always intimidating and scary.This is what many people say in their reviews, so I guess that big lady is always rude and disrespectful to the guests. There is no service spirit at all.If you are going to go to a foreign country and feel sick, you should have stayed at another hotel.No towels, and the location is far from the station. No recommended points. It's cheap lolI stayed for 3 nights, but the other people didn't come to clean their rooms, probably because they were staying for a long time. Maybe there was some cleaning done when I checked out.At the very least, I would like the floor of the room to be cleaned every day. There was trash falling all the time.For now, definitely no repeat orders! !

Zero stars! ! Even if the staff were there, I couldn't check in even one minute after 11pm because it wasn't working hours. There were 3 people that night who couldn't check in like me! I think there are probably people who can't check in on a daily basis.Even when I was alone in the middle of the night waiting for the front desk to open at 7 a.m., I was ignored, and even when I spoke to them, they ignored me. Service spirit is zero! !For the time being, from beginning to end, the customer attitude was like ``I'm letting you stay cheap, right?'' and was rude, rude, and didn't say hello, and the customer service attitude was at the worst level. Perhaps because of hatred towards Asians, Thai women (ladyboys with plastic surgery on their faces and breasts) who looked like big men were always smiling at Western men. He looked down on me and the Chinese girls and didn't even make eye contact. The cleaners who work for low wages are kind.When I checked in, I was just given the room card key and no explanation was given. I also learned from the reviews that the refrigerator is on the roof. But is there anyone who is too tired to go up to the roof? It's too inconvenient.It's not particularly clean, the location is far from the station, and it's not worth staying. I paid for 2 nights and was only able to stay for 1 night. It was only 2 minutes past the final check-in time. In fact, I emailed and called several times, but there was no response, and my phone calls were not answered. After I arrived, there was also a message on LINE, so I sent it to LINE, but it was ignored as read. What is the contact information for? Far from the station. That place shouldn't be called Silom. Far from Silom station.The large woman at the reception didn't even greet the customers, completely ignored them, and had a bad attitude, but she was smiling and talking to the staff. I feel bad looking down on people. I will never stay there again! The room was not cleaned and there was trash on the floor. Why are the dormitory curtains half open? Half of the dorms are in full view with no privacy. I'm restless.There are guesthouses with a similar price, better location, better service, and better facilities, folks!

Location is near from bus stop, a lot of cafes and small local restaurants, 7-elevens, AC is off during day, but mostly I went out before 12, staff is friendly, 30baht washing machine, hair dryer in bathroom, overall, I would love to stay again!

The air conditioning doesn't work during the day from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., during which time it's 38°C, it's terrible, you can't stand being there because of it... And that's never happened to me in any hostel before. ..
