The check-in progress was very long and a pain. The paperwork was not located and the reception desk had to use a phone translator. There is no WiFi in the reception area and the room WiFi isn't the best. I have to try different room WiFi to have any chance for it to work at times.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the English is limited (but I am in China LOL).We go though the translator app but no problem. The WiFi is hit and miss at times.There's no laundry facilities.

Real nice hotel. You need chonese Id card to get a room. Possibility to call ahead or contact via e-mail to arrange a booking by passport. 4 days and 3 nights cost for a family room for 1000 chinese yuan or roughly €120. Breakfast is good with lot of variation. Pleny of shops around. Wifi free but need wechat or ask at reception. Most EU and US domains don't work in China so get VPN. Overall service and stay I'd rate 4/5
