Hotel has a beautiful location, near the West Lake. Friendly and helpful staff. As is often the case, most of them cannot speak English.Rooms are clean and tidy and made up every day.There is a swimming pool - which could have been an eye-catcher with some improvements, but it is emphatically not. It now stands in stark contrast to the appearance of the hotel. Start by re-tiling, installing good chairs and beautiful plants. Swimming cap is mandatory and can be purchased at the entrance.
