The location is nice and quiet. A little bit off the main street. The bus is sufficient to take you from the hotel to the airport. The bus stop is also about 2 minutes walk. Just take number 90.

Small, utilitarian hotel catering to Japanese clientele. No English. Credit cards preferred.Found this through my airline booking portal and the price was right. Located in an area rife with Japanese-style bars but with plenty of local eateries in walking distance, amenities are kept to a minimum here but everything is very adequate for a short stay.My room on the third floor (stairs or elevator accessible) had no exterior window. En suite bathroom was tiny but quite serviceable, with a smart toilet. Shower curtain ensured the bathroom stayed dry during a shower. Large Japanese-style tub if you prefer a soak. Plenty of very hot water. I've experienced this in other Hanoi accommodations - the water is very hot but cycles about ever 15 seconds between the very hot setting you want and a significantly less hot (but not cold and more than tepid) period of about 5 seconds, then back to the desired heat level. Curious. Toiletries can be picked up at the front desk when you check in. Liquid shampoo and shower gel available in the room. Towels are worn but workable.Room had no need of curtains. AC unit with control, TV for accessing Netflix, YouTube, etc. along with what appeared to be a large selection of television channels ranging from local programming to HBO. Coffee/tea service with hot pot in the room along with two complimentary bottles of water. A very small desk to work at but large enough for a laptop with external mouse. Bed was firm but comfortable and the comforter was adequate to room temperature. Slippers and a robe provided for your comfort.You can choose from a breakfast menu when you check in and indicate the time you'd like it ready for you in the morning. Additionally they provide at least a partial evening snack between 9pm and midnight on a limited basis. They have a collection of manga CDs on hand if you feel like borrowing and watching in your room.Everyone is very courteous and communicates well with the aid of Google. While I'd certainly consider staying here again, I wouldn't go out of my way to seek to do so.

A regular residence for Japanese businessmen.I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. Breakfast, cleaning, bottled water, Hanoi beer, Pepsi, Pocari sweats, snacks, coffee and tea are replenished daily.How to use the TV may be confusing at first, but if you read the instructions on the desk, you'll be fine.There is also an open-air bath on the top floor, where you can enjoy the night view of Lotte Building.The staff also greet you with a smile and are all very kind.I can communicate in Japanese and English.Breakfast included Japanese food, as well as pho and banh mi. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.I had a comfortable stay.thank you very much.

It is located in Linh Lang district, an area in Hanoi where there are many Japanese people.It's a little off the main street, so it's quiet at night.The room had a bathtub, a large bed, a business desk, a TV showing Japanese broadcasts, a massage chair, and a toilet with a washer.If you stay for 3 nights or more, you get 1 night free, water, cola, Pocari sweats, and beer from the minibar are free, and laundry for shirts, underwear, etc. is free.For breakfast, you can choose from a variety of options, including Japanese food.There was also a large bath on the top floor.This hotel is perfect not only for Japanese people, but also for those who seek the cleanliness of a Japanese hotel.The surrounding area is not dangerous, but the street lights are a bit dim, so please be careful.

The staff is very responsive and can communicate in Japanese without any problems. I think it's coming from the kitchen in the back, but even around the reception area there's an indescribable smell that smells like sewage, like an old grandma's kitchen, and there's something like algae growing in the large bathroom, which is a bit of a letdown. There were quite a few. I think that the Japanese sense of security is important, so I wrote this with my hopes for the future.

There are many high evaluations, but I will objectively write what I see and feel.First of all, the good point is the location.The embassy is also within walking distance, and Super Tomibun and many Japanese restaurants and lounges are nearby.The bad points areThe first oneThe room and bathroom smelled like cigarettes!I don't like the smell of cigarettes, so I requested a non-smoking room.However, when I actually entered the room, the room and bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes.Even though the reservation slip sent by the hotel said it was a non-smoking room.The smell is immediately noticeable to people who don't smoke, and if this way of using the room becomes a regular occurrence, I think it's malicious.SecondThe cleaning condition of the toilet bowl is also terrible.Dirt remains stuck in hard-to-see areas of the toilet bowl. . . Cleaning only visible areas in Vietnam.This is really disgustingly dirty...ThirdThe breakfast space is right next to the front desk, and it's noisy with people checking out and going out, making it difficult to eat slowly. I didn't say anything because I wanted to leave early because it was so noisy, but the side menu I ordered, the noodles, didn't come out.This hotel advertises various services such as breakfast menus, late-night snacks, and open-air baths, but before they promote these services, they do what a hotel business should do: provide the rooms as booked in the cleanest possible conditions. I've stayed here several times and it's always comfortable.The room is a little small, but it's worth the price.Sounds from the aisle come in.I am very satisfied with the service.The location is convenient for eating and drinking, so even Japanese people can feel at ease. I can understand Japanese.You can choose from several breakfast options. Before, that one that was there before was good and worked, but now it seems like it doesn't work (lol)There is a rooftop open-air bath.

We stayed in two groups, four women.When the taxi arrived, the staff immediately greeted me with a smile and was in Japanese, so I felt relieved.When I got to the room, it was just like in Japan, with wallpaper pasted properly, and the white theme giving it a clean feel.The cute patterned wallpaper and star-patterned bed runner made it a very cute room.A sense of cleanliness in a foreign country is priceless.If you spend a lot of money, you might get a sense of cleanliness, but this one is so affordable that I'm very satisfied with it.I think the fact that Japanese is OK, the staff is kind, and there is a bathtub are also good points.For breakfast, I chose pho and teriyaki chicken, both delicious and filling.This is a hotel where even women can stay comfortably, and I plan to use it again when I travel to Vietnam.thank you very much.

I stayed here because I wanted to take a big bath. The open-air bath on the rooftop is clean and has a TV, so you can take your time. Being able to eat breakfast in the room is very nice. The reception staff's response is also good!

Staff who can speak Japanese will provide comfortable customer service. The large public bath on the rooftop has a cold water bath, so you can exchange hot and cold baths, and there are also comfortable chairs, so you can take a bath in the outside air while feeling the cool February breeze.
