Location is 7km from city centre. No life in the immediate surrounding areas.Bed linen is soiled. We even found 5 hair on our bed/in the duvet. The toilet had a leak on the ceiling causing limescales to form on the toilet floor tile. Room A15. Otherwise room is pretty basic. Room size is ok.Price is really cheap though. But i may want to pay a bit more to get a better location and cleaner sheets. No complimentary toothbrush.Staff was ok, but dont speak good English or Malay.

The room is clean..not very spacious, comfortable bed, cool air conditioner...has a balcony, quiet, and the staff speak nicely.Good service, I like that there is a cafe next to the hotel, the price is not expensive.

Stayed 2 nightsFirst night stayAt 11 a.m. I was lying down when the phone rang in the hallway. I understand that this is a call to inform about checking the room of the person who checked out. But the sound is loud and disturbing.In the morning at 11.20, the staff came to unlock the room and clean the bed.I went out to do business at 2 p.m. Prompt cleaning time The employee informed me that the cleaning time was over. Hmm, is that the reason?Come back to the room in the evening. Two bottles of drinking water were not refilled.Lots of ants. The room is not soundproof from the walkway in front of the room. The air conditioner is loud. Should be quieter.

Stayed on the first floor, the room had ants and a lot of insects, the bathroom had millipedes. But it can be understood that the room is a forest, but there should be more protection. Some people are allergic to itching. The bedsheets and pillowcases are not clean, there are stains, and there is a musty smell. The room also has a musty smell. Not very impressed But in the morning the atmosphere is good.

The room isn't soundproof at all. Even when walking, you can still hear it downstairs. Very bad. The air conditioner is not cool. The bathroom is uneven and I've tripped many times.

We really enjoyed staying here, very quiet location with beautiful touches of nature. Clean room with friendly staff, we enjoyed 2 separate meals that was very delicious and beautifully prepared. Staff was very welcoming to us and our little dog. We will definitely stay here again when we visit. Thank you to all

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on the day we went. So I didn't try it at all.compact room It is bare cement so there is dust. And it smells a bit musty. But it is normal for rooms in the south to have to contend with humidity problems. The bed is soft, the sheets are clean, the refrigerator is small, the air conditioner is very cold. enough lightThe bathroom has very good water pressure. The water warms quickly and is very hot. But I'd like to raise the level of cleanliness in the bathroom a little more. Starting to have mold stains And a lot of lizard poop. If it could be cleaner than this It's all finished here 💓The staff are friendly, smiling and welcome the dogs very well.Our dog was happy staying here 🥰Accommodations in Hat Yai that allow dogs to stay are very rare. Here they charge 300 baht per dog. I would like owners to prepare their own equipment such as beds, dishes, and bowls so that the little ones can relieve stress from traveling. And help keep it clean. There will be a place to stay for the children.

Nice place. Good location if you have to do something around there. Our fridge has a problem so we can't store anything. There is no safe in the room but the maid also didn't come inside. She just left stuff outside your room, I guess you can request her to clean if you want to.
