I booked a room and checked in at 5:00 pm. The front desk was very unfriendly and said she didn't know how to register my ID. She sent me away without thinking of any solution. During the process, I mentioned: If you don’t know how to register, can you ask your leader to help me solve it? She asked me to find the police station out of nowhere. My family helped me communicate in dialect, but the front desk even scolded my family. Keep repeating: If you don’t understand, you don’t understand. If you don’t have it, you don’t have it. But obviously we had already made a reservation.I came here to visit relatives and never thought I would encounter something like this. I really can't give this kind of service another chance.
