Not recommended!The room was extremely dirty, sheets also dirty and a lot of mold in the bathroom. Also, chairs were so dirty you could not sit on them. The house itself was in bad condition and dirty as well. I didn’t feel safe because there was no security and no reception . The pictures in the booking platform are misleading.

Place that is well priced and well positioned. Close to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and about 8-10 minutes by motorcycle from the city center where there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops.The room was clean and has a hairdryer, TV with Netflix (very good extra!) and a bed where you sleep well.It wasn't difficult to find, although you have to know your way around a bit.Initially book a night through Agoda. When I arrived and liked it, I sent a WhatsApp message to the owner to extend one more night. I asked him if it is possible for me to get a small discount if I book directly through him and it was, it is appreciated to be able to save a small amount of money by doing it without intermediaries.It is true that during the two days a noise like a beeping sound followed by a knock every 4 seconds did not stop, reminding me of the sound of shoes inside a washing machine. It looks like it was coming from the upper floor, but I'm not sure. Luckily I can sleep well and this wasn't a problem, although it's okay to consider if you have trouble sleeping.I would come back here!

This place is more accurately a fairly old motel, not a homestay, located in the alley, not on the main road. There is only solar hot water, so when it rains or is cloudy there is no hot water for bathing. The advantage is that it is close to parks and mausoleums. The owner is difficult.

The room is clean, tidy and fully equipped with cold TV, the service is nothing but a place to sleep, the location is very convenient, it only takes you 1 minute 30 seconds to walk to visit Uncle Ho's mausoleum.

We had a great stay here! The owner is very friendly and extremely responsive via WhatsApp.It was a small room perfect for two people, and had all the basic amenities needed. A bit further out from the Old Quarter which we enjoyed, as we could escape the touristy areas. There is also excellent street food and shopping in the area.

The homestay does not have an owner so it is quite comfortable, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Location opposite Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, in the center of the inner city, convenient to tourist attractions and convenient transportation. Smart TV, water heater, dryer, full kettle. The house has a code for convenient travel, no time limit.
