This hotel aesthetic is top notch. so many spots for pictures. Insta-worthy. so beautiful and peaceful.the arrival n check ins was smooth and warm welcome from staff they even lift our luggage upstairs since the don't have elevator.The room was supet clean and smells nice too, the nice smell dont even fade even after u go out then back to your room it still smells nice and the next day still smell nice. i wonder what they use to spray the room 😻😻They let you check in at 2pm and checkout next day before 12pm. upon check out they also lift your things to downstairs. and send you to your car.the bed and pillow is 💯 the best even we do not want to leave the room and cannot wakeup . soooo comfortable 😍we did not come at peak season so there is carpark available if not myb we need to park outside beside the hotel.Theres a cafe available in the hotel but take note for muslim travelers the food is not halal however you can drink coffeee there.overall stay was perfect ☺️

Aesthetically pleasing hotel!If you're an OOTD kinda person, this hotel should be on your list.Staffs also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Service 5🌟 Upon arrival, they served us a refreshing welcoming drink. Thank you!Room is very clean, tidy & smells good!Pool close at 8pm if i'm not mistaken.Can asked for towel. Pool not so big but for me it's still nice & have pretty surrounding! 😊Also got cafe here.Dunno about the halal status there so we chose not to order other menu, only a cake & coffee. If hungry and want outside food, got nearest 7E also.The location is strategic. Easy to get there because it's just beside the main road. But cons is as you know every city, a bit messy especially when peak hour.Parking quite hard because there's no parking space there. Luckily the staff said we can parked our car at hotel because got available spot. But the space is so tight to each other. Idk where can you park your car if the spot already full.If you want to park your car outside for awhile, make sure you dont park at someone house ya😅 Or else you will get a side eye!Overall, it's nice to stay here! Loveee 🥰

Perfect stay! Super friendly receptionist and staff (cute cat too!). No complaints at all. Location is good just a little further from centre like Lee Garden area. My husband rented a scooter which I strongly recommend if you guys have licence.

My first ever visit to Thailand, and I was really impressed and satisfied with Thai people’s welcoming attitude and friendly customer services and care especially at casa 33 hotel!!They are very clean and neat,they provide excellent quality of room service during daytime.Customer service I would rate 100%, they always greet with positive attitudes, help with luggages carrying. Always provide helps even we didn’t request.Also they have their ‘special staff’ working with them at reception, which make this hotel even more special!!I had amazing time here, it was sad leaving. But I’m writing this sincere and honest review to recommend tourists to book at their hotel. I’m hoping I will meet again with people at Casa 33 Hotel in future. And thanks to Thailand as well <3

- New hotel, very clean, in the heart of the city, suitable for relaxing.-Most of the employees have no service mind at all and speak bluntly.-Every turning on/off the water of each room makes the pump make a sound like someone closing the door all night, hardly getting any sleep at all

Every nook and cranny of this accommodation is very aesthetic and stunning. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming but also professional at the same time. Parking spaces a bit limited but they have a security guard to look after your car if you have to park at the roadside in front of the hotel. Location is easy to find. Room is nice, clean and well maintained. The only downside is, the lack of space or wardrobe to put your clothes and belongings. Extra big point for the smart tv.

Had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Highly recommended! Very clean. Beautiful/instagrammable design. Staff is very friendly. The foods in the cafe are delicious! Love the atmosphere as well. Plus, there are two cute cats!

Beautiful hotel, well thought out, like the peace and quiet. The food at the cafe in front is delicious. Most of the employees are nice, well-spoken, and have a service mind. They may just need to improve their speech, gestures, and attitudes.Understand many limitations And I forgive you. I will overlook unlovable people. Because most of them are cool and I like it.

The StayWhile planning a brief visit to the city of Hat Yai in Thailand, we discovered Casa 33. It is a hotel in the middle of Hat Yai with quite a unique design and aesthetic. The design focuses on white color with wood addition. They have different categories of rooms, but we selected their "Classica" rooms. The room itself is similar in size to typical hotel rooms, but the aesthetic gives a warm and cozy feeling. The room is also very clean, with nice lighting. The hotel comes with different amenities such as a swimming pool, concierge service, etc.. One other thing you can't miss is their cute cat Princess Cream.The MiscellaneousUpon checking in, the hotel staff presented us with cool towels and drinks. They also have staff service to help carry luggages to the room. Their staff is very friendly and sincere. They provided help with questions we had, and explained things patiently. We all had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the hotel. If I had to nitpick something, it would be that the shower temperature is inconsistent and hard to control.
