Booked and the price was not expensive. Booked a large room, superior 24 aq.m, but came to check in and got a small room. It's on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 7th floor. When I saw the room and couldn't accept it, I went down to inform. The officer confessed that he gave the wrong room. Moved to a new room down to the 4th floor, got a large room as reserved. The story isn't over yet. At night, I returned to the room and found that Broken shower Plus, when I turn on the water, water flows out of the water heater. If you don't dare use it, you have to turn off the breaker. I endured taking a cold shower, late at night, lying down with the air conditioner on, water was flowing out onto the floor again, probably the gutters were clogged. In the morning, I went to inform and request to change rooms again. Because I have to endure another night. The worst experience that I've never encountered before.There is little parking. There is also the opposite side, but we parked under the building and encountered another surprise. There was a pickup truck parked in the building. If you can't get out, you have to follow the car owner for another half hour.

Decent prices, good location, walkable to good eateries. 7-11 nearby.
But cleanliness can be improved, signs of water seepage at our top floor room.
Balcony sink not usable due full of bird droppings. Informed, but the reception to clean but did not bother to do so. Kinda disappointed ☹️

all the facilities are good. the room not so clean but still comfy to stay. tak banyak masa di bilik sebab banyak berjalan di hatyai. dekat dengan rental motorbike but need to walk around 10-15 minutes. and also near to kai tod decha. we also having a massage time recommended by the hotel get the lowest price.

The service attitude was super bad. A guy came who didn't know how to do the work. I waited at the counter for more than 20 minutes before I called someone to get it done🙄. I booked two single beds online and the room he gave us was a double bed, so we just I changed with him, but it was still the same. I asked again later and he said that our hotel did not have a room with two single beds, but I ran up to the 8th floor to take a look and found a room with the door open, so I walked in to take a look. Found two single beds. Forget it, I'm too lazy to change it again. The room equipment is old and dirty, the light bulbs are broken, the pillows are as hard as rocks, the bed is as soft as tofu, the sheets are dirty and disgusting, the wardrobe is in tatters, the balcony is extremely dirty, there are bird droppings, smoke, The basin is rusty and has no water, the sound insulation is poor, no indoor slippers are provided, the room is small, there is no fan, the dressing table and chairs are rotten and peeling, the cups and spoons are very dirty and covered with white dirt, there are no shops near the hotel for us to eat. It's the worst place to stay that I've ever slept in in my life!!️ Anyone who sleeps alone can say that it's scary. There was blood on the blanket. Which is menstrual blood and there is every piece. Most importantly, there is no replacement. There are insects + dust all over the room. Very sorry that I forgot to read the review. At that time, I just thought that I wanted a room. Because I don't want to go to bed far away. I saw that it was available so I made a reservation. I would like to forward this to the hotel for improvement.
