Personally there’s no experience at this place because we received a very horrible service right upon arrival. To begin with it’s not even a bungalow but it’s stated as a bungalow in the app. I reconsidered the agent to be learning the type of the house. The host even restrictedly mentioned that only 10 guests are allowed but I don’t think it makes sense for only 10 guests in a bungalow. Not only that, there’s no parking provided so why bother renting out the house? And do u expect us to park the car somewhere else just to be leaving in a not so called bungalow. The price itself doesn’t worth the place. We didn’t even stayed a night and there’s no refund. N i personally am not recommending anyone to be staying in a place like this instead pick a decent hotel

I was here for 3D2N trip. The location is very near to the train station around 300m to 400m. Complete electric appliances also provided. The house is spacious and tidy.The host is incredibly helpfull and friendly. Thanks Ms Kanya! Definitely will stay here again if happen i go to hat yai one day.

A very very bad experience.This stay comes with a very rude and disrespectful owner!The home stay is not clean and its at a very narrow dead end.Even tuktuk drivers don’t know where it is 😨 (we had hard time finding drivers to fetch us back; but grab can do the job well hahaha)This cockroach stayed here for a very long time! How we know? Let me tell u… when we first saw the cockroach we tried to use slippers to just sweep it back into the kitchen, but the cockroach knows how to hide! This little creature was so smart that he kept walking around the corner so slippers can’t get it!We didn’t want to kill it at first (this creature should stay alive and show next visitor how smart it is) However, it kept run here and there while we were eating our dinner! BUT HE KNOWS WHERE TO WALK AND HIDE! Then after maybe few minutes of war, it was injured >.

It got 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, which is way bigger than I thought. Comfortable to come with family members. Nice and clean, it got complete electronic appliances, so didn't have to bring our own. Parking is available, but only for 1 car. The other one, you have to park quite far from the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm. But the curtain downstairs is a bit short, so outsider can see us from the outside. And mosquitoes are a lot, so you have to bring your own repellant. But the service is very good, the owner is very nice and helpful, live just nearby the house. It is very cozy, thanks a lot. The location is very near to a lot of attractions, not sure walkable or not, since we bring our own car. But hatyai train station is very near to the house. Very cheap also.
