Location is good. Very near to 7-11 and many foods around. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. Booked double bed with bunk beds room. Honestly the room is quite small but very clean and comfortable.

Booked the Economy Twin Room & it was accessible via lift. Room was modernly designed, Ac was cold & great. Bathroom has everything you need except for dental kit. Lobby provided water filter & basic breakfast. Walking distance to 7e, few halal food spots & Lee Garden night market. Quite quiet at night and i had good rest. Recommended!

The location of the hotel is basically very convenient. For customers who stay for a few days, the staff will change towels and mineral water every day.But if I have the chance, I won’t choose this hotel next time😔It’s a good thing there’s no elevator, but the bed is too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on🤣The key point is that the sound insulation is super poor! The sound of footsteps on the stairs, the sound of doors opening and closing.The most unlucky thing is that I happened to encounter such unqualified neighbors, who made noisy hip-hop from about 11pm to 3am🤣The hotel management didn't pay attention or stop it. friend! This is a public place. The hotel is not your home. If you want to shout, go home and shout slowly!Overall, I won’t choose this hotel next time. If you want to sleep quietly and well, don’t stay here😊It’s okay if you want to try it, haha

Double room. Bed is comfortable, room is clean enough. A decent size, not very spacey nor narrow either. Provide many seating area at the lobby (no ac). Staff in charge is very helpful.

Booking for 2 nights 2 Budget Triple Room from 10th August 2024 to 12th August 2024 .The compliment is the reception allowed us to check in early. But sadly, the reception given a new block which our 2 rooms with different floor. We also found out got same triple room in our same floor. But reception given us for 1st floor and 2nd floor. And, the bad things is the hotel is no lift to us to carry our luggage for the new block. So, a bit disappointed. Secondly, we find out the bed sheet got some make up stain. So, immediately we informed the housekeeping to exchange it but housekeeper refuse to change the bed sheet due to their SOP to changing the bedsheet for minimum 3 days stays only allowed to change. After argument between housekeeper, finally they only exchange to us. Due to any stain they find out. The hotel will fine to the guest for the cleaning fee.

Location - Near 2branch 7-11Room - Booked Standard King Room with sofa (Enough space for us 2A1C). Std aircond. Tv. Fridge. Water heater. Bidet. Night lamp.Service - Good. Every morning we put sign ‘do not disturb’ while outing whole day, housekeepers will left a new towel, drinking water and garbage bag.Wifi - ExcellentOthers - Iron and Ironboard each level. Water dispenser at lobby. Toaster, bread.. Table and chair at lobby. No deposit. Small lift. Great staff. Limited parking.

It is another place to stay that I would like to recommend. Clean rooms, good atmosphere, convenient in the heart of Hat Yai city. Walk down no more than 300 meters and it's a large nightlife with lots of food. Walk a little further and you'll find Kim Yong Market. Good service staff. Most importantly, the owner is cute and friendly. Rated 100/10. Next time you come to Hat Yai, don't miss it. Will definitely come to stay again 👍👍👍 P.S. Room is expensive but small! Misleading advertisement as the 2nd building doesnt have lift eventhough in booking apps its written that lift is available (im bringing small child with luggages)

Ideal location. Rooms are small by the way, but really comfort.Just step out from the hotel, you are able to walk 5 mins to the 7-eleven, Tuktuk are accessible.There is car park as well, however really limited and you need to double park if it's a peak season. There is no soundproof by the way, really hard to sleep as you can hear a lot of noises.
