It is another hotel that is comfortable, the staff are all enjoyable and fun. Recommended for friends who are looking for a room near Hat Yai University.

No lift in hotel. Water pressure on shower head too low.Room 12 has bad shit smell from toilet to room, aircond is old school centralized style requires manual adjustment and not cold enough.Room 32 has better aircond however curtain can see through when light is on.Parking space limited and have to park roadside if full. Bitten by bed bugs suspected from here. Don’t understand why rated as excellent on Agoda. Think twice if you want to book this hotel.

Encountered a staff member with a bad temperament who acted without service standards. We came to stay for 3 days and 2 nights. On the last day, the staff told us that our room towels were missing (but actually we took a clip a few hours before leaving to keep it). The cloth is still there. Did the employee come and collect it himself or not?) I think it's a good idea. If you really want to rest, you can. But we definitely won't go back again. There is a clip with evidence. The towels are placed there and they stay the same.💯💯 Got paid a fine for free and couldn't even ask to see the camera. Confused.

Stay in our room We originally reserved to stay next to a friend's room. The staff informed that they would prepare a new room for us instead.1.20 Arrive at the hotel But still unable to check in to the room. The employee said that he asked to check the details of the wrong room that he checked in first because that guest had not yet paid.But our book has already been paid. So why do we have to sit and wait? and even though I knew in advance that the check-in was wrong Why didn't this be fixed while we were still here? We had to wait for almost half an hour, even though it wasn't our fault.It was 1:50 a.m. so the staff let us check in to the room.Not sure if the room type is the same as the one reserved. It's a ground floor room. In the dark up corner The atmosphere is like a room under a staircase 😅 There is no balcony. The air conditioner in the room is very old. It took almost 20 minutes to cool. The headlights won't turn on. Bathroom in old condition Actually, it's not okay, but it's very late. I want to sleep more, so I don't want to be a hassle. The bed is very hard. I sleep on and off all night.In the morning we went to see the friend's room that we had reserved together. The condition of the rooms was different. Loud noise all night The staircase and the bedroom are the same, not suitable at all. You can't iron clothes in the room, you have to pay another 20 baht.The room is not soundproof. Everything else is good.

The hotel room is nice but the water tap is black and not clean. The location is convenient as there is a mart and near to 7E can just walk 5-10mins. 5 star for only the location. Not easy to get grab, so we contact a tuktuk driver in advance.Also, you need to pay for iron clothes for 30 baht per cloth. 😭P/s: Went there 4 months ago & only got chance to review it now.

Downstairs, there is a coffee shop serving fresh coffee. Let me tell you, the coffee is excellent. I like the room very much. It's quiet. Normally I'm a very difficult sleeper, but sleeping in this hotel means I sleep soundly and comfortably. There's only one mess. The bathroom is small but ok, no problem. We are in room 204. There is a TV, refrigerator, 2 bottles of water. Good. Come back from other provinces and will book again. Love ❤️🥰
