If there is anyone from the management reading this, then please I really want to lodge a formal coplain against your front desk attedants. You need to know they are the worst ever. Very rude and aggressive. For the very first in my lifetime, I was giving beddings for the room I paid for at the front desk counter and left own my own to find my way to the room. No assistance whatsoever ever from the staff. And this is happening the second time. Come on guys, I paid to lodge there. It's not a free service. Aside from that, the rooms are large and comfy.

The details are not clearly stated. The noise was loud all night and the person who was a tomboy looked disrespectful.As for the fat man who kept the room, he was an eyesore and didn't welcome guests. Cut off the power ahead of time It's better to stay somewhere else.
