We booked this hotel for 2 nights. We rode motorcycle from Singapore to Thailand. As we arrived early on 21 Sep, we requested the staff for early check-in as we were exhausted. But we were turned down rudely. Accepted that it's fine, we asked the staff if they could give us a call when the room is ready (as we wanted to go for a drink). Again, staff rudely rejected and asked us to come and check ourselves. When we came back to check in, staff was extremely rude, when questioned that the room is not free, we pay for it, staff replied that we can look for another hotel if we are not happy. No doubt, it was a good location, the customer service turned out to be a bad experience. Not recommended as there are better hotels around.

Yes, the front desk is very polite. There is a lee garden nearby when we go out in the evening. In the morning, there is someone selling clothes at the door of the hotel. However, the soundproofing is not very good and you can hear the sound of water in the room.

stayed at "new" wing but don't seems New. Mouldy wall. shaky room chairs. off colour sofa at lobby. passport will be requested to surrender to counter. great sides are big bathroom with bathtub and shower area. Hotel very near to food street market and small food bazar near Lee Garden. surrounded with foot massage parlor too.

Very poor service. We were scammed in paying the crack glass which we never use. Rude reception girl insisted us to pay & held our passport until we paid. Itâs not about the money but the way we were accused made us really pissed off. The reception people hv sour face & really not friendly. Overall very poor customer service

The location is great, near Lee Garden night market. Lively area, plenty of halal eateries, massage parlours and conveniences nearby. However, the hotel itself leaves little to be desired. Upon arrival, we had the displeasure of dealing with snobby reception staff. They were very curt, no greeting whatsoever when we approached the counter. They were more occupied in the conversation among themselves than to serve guests.The hotel requires you to leave your passport with reception upon check-in, stating that it's their policy (the staff replied in a snide manner with a smirk when asked about this). They require one passport per room booked. If you choose not to, which I definitely did, you're asked to pay a deposit. Based on the reviews here, the amount tends to vary. I booked 2 rooms, and had to pay MYR100 per room.The rooms were basic, decently sized, but rather dated. Piping in the bathroom, the shower specifically, made hammering noises when in use. The walls are thin and sounds from the corridor can be heard in the rooms. During our stay, there were guests hanging about at the corridor in front of the rooms, smoking, talking and laughing loudly, which became quite a nuisance to other guests. Also, the cigarette smell from the corridor was so strong, it wafted inside our rooms, which was quite disturbing. They seem to have a no smoking policy, not that it's being observed though. Apparently, people can just smoke at the corridor, which explains the stale cigarette, musty smell that greeted us when we arrived.The reviews here in Google Maps gives a more realistic impression of this hotel compared to the Agoda reviews.

Great location, just next to Lee Night Market. The doorman is very helpful. But the rooms are the dirtiest I have experienced. Even changing to rooms on other floors was no difference. The walls adjoining the bathroom was flaking with water stains and mould. The shower faucets, door and wall was full of mould, as well as the toilet seat. The hotel has a no cancellation and no refund policy. Buyer beware. We lodged a complain with Agoda and received a paltry US$40.59 credit for the 4 rooms we booked. That's less than US$10.15 a room!

We live in the suite/family room. 1 king 1 single and there is a sofa. Spacious room for small family. (We are 4 adults+ 2 children)Close to places to eat, Lee Garden is just below the hotel. Transport pound happy. We always order the maximum because it's cheaper than taking a tuk tuk.

The whole wall was come with full water mark and there's alot of corner was moldy.Pay for upgrade room fee to get the better room, it end up the room was still could not up to standard. On the spot request for the free cancellation since the condition worst, but they are not allow and excuse with the policy. After that we request at least give us back the upgrade fee since the condition still worst, but they not willing just give us back the upgrade room fee pay for. This is unfair for us.If know this property come with this kind of condition, definitely will choose another hotel which got the same price range and at least got a clean wall and condition or better condition .
