Their treatment is very bad, and the reception is very late and takes a deposit on the empty space. The rooms were vacant and she told us to come in at 2 o'clock. We went out and walked to the place at 1:50. The first time she saw us, she said that the room was still occupied, so she had no idea to check. The day her colleague saw me, I went to Google to stay next to me with the key and he said the room was ready, unfortunatelyBut in general, the hotel is clean and the room is clean, but please be professional in treating tired guests

The receptionist's behavior is the worst I have ever seen, and the hotel must change it to protect its name

The customer service of the staff is the worst. I don't want to stay there again, and I can't recommend it to anyone.I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and had my bed made on the morning of the 3rd night. When I returned to my room at night, I found that the bath towels and other items had been replaced, but my robe was missing, so I guess I had left it behind. , I feel sorry for going to the trouble of telling the front desk.I thought so and went to bed. When I tried to check out the next morning, the hotel staff asked me, ``I don't have my robe.Where did you put it?''When I told them, ``It hasn't been there since I asked them to make the bed yesterday,'' the staff member said, ``No, they said they always had cleaning staff there. It's your fault.'' More questions.I don't think it's appropriate for a service industry to question customers without checking with their own staff or checking how many robes they have in stock. I felt really sick.It was the last day of the trip, and I didn't have much time, but it took more than 10 minutes of my time, and it ruined what was really a fun trip.In addition, I told them, ``You can open all the carry-on cases and have them take a look,'' but the staff didn't even inspect them, restraining the customer needlessly and making a blank look on their faces. . A truly incredible level of customer service. In the end, he forced her to sign a memorandum and pledge, saying, ``Please sign a pledge stating that there was no robe in the room.''This is a 0 point hotel where I suspect the guests are thieves, and I would definitely not recommend staying there to a friend even if the others were fully booked.A fun trip was ruined at the last minute.

LiT BANGKOK Hotel is an exceptional place, offering a truly wonderful experience. We stayed in a suite with three beds, and it exceeded our expectations in terms of size and comfort. The suite was incredibly spacious, giving us more than enough room to relax and enjoy our stay. One of the standout aspects of the hotel is the staff, who deserve an award for their outstanding service. The team, particularly those stationed at the entrance, always greeted us with warm smiles and were quick to offer assistance, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly situated near some of the most popular malls in Bangkok, such as MBK and Siam, which made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the city. However, if there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the breakfast. The variety was somewhat limited, and unfortunately, there were no halal options available, which was surprising given the number of Muslim guests staying at the hotel. Nonetheless, our overall experience was positive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
