visit hatyai nov23 and randomly book this homestay 'cause it's cheap. but kinda scared since it's new homestay. once we arrived, the host was super friendly, kind, suggest the place to eat since we're muslim and 1st time in hatyai. the interior design kinda vintage vibe (which means it's super nice)

Really incredible stay at Kong Khong homestay. If I could give it 6/5 stars, I would. Here are some things I love about my stay:- central location which is close to a lot of food places within walking distance. The host, Ing, has also written up a guidebook which is extremely helpful to get around.- very very clean and comfortable.- a lot of essential amenities provided such as water, hair dryer, towels, bath soap and shampoo- lastly, ing is an amazing host! So friendly, helpful and always ready to assist if you need anything. She also speaks Mandarin, English and bahasa which makes it easier to communicate!!Highly recommend this homestay!!! I love every moment staying here!

The host is super duper helpful and kind. If u need some help and recommendations just refer to her. Rooms are nice, superb maintenance by the host. Location is great, near to Lee Garden, 7-e, restaurants and shops. Will definitely check in here again if i visit Hatyai in the future ^^

Absolutely fantastic host!! Ing reached out to me before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and even offered early check-in (if we needed and only if its available). This homestay truly feels like a home away from home. We chose to stay here during Songkran, and it was a great experience. When we got locked out from outside, she even came and rescue us around 9 pm🤣.P.S. Please treat the place with care, as Ing doesn't have much help for cleaning in a short amount of time . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again next time.

As I mostly travelling with family of 4 person, I need at least 2 queen bedroom. In Hatyai, quite hard to find a 4 person bedroom hotel, you need to add extra bed to accommodate 4 person. This homestay provide 4 person stay, charging very cheap price.This homestay is smack in the middle of Hatyai livelier town. Turn right, you can go to Lee Gardens. Turn left, through small alley, you can reach Kim Yong market easily. Money changer and good food surrounded you.The homestay retain most of the original building structure with some of host meticulous design touches. You will feel at home with the "home away from home" concept. My wife woke up in the middle of rainy night and thought that she's slept at home.Finally, kudos for the host Nong Ing. Who main concern is customers wellbeing rather than profit. She's taking review seriously and trying hard to satisfy customers. Just looked at the efforts she's put in design arrangements of the homestay. She's come as far as providing customers with information of Hatyai hidden gem attraction secret note. Again, don't come if you fancy a luxury hotel. Come, if you want a place to stay that feel at home with beautiful host Nong Ing with multilingual. Advance booking needed, because this homestay fully book every calendar day.

Awesome host. Ing is very helpful and friendly. Remember to read her cute travel guide where she shares her fav shops and cafés. The place is 5 min walk to Lee Garden, very calm and quiet.

We were greeted by a very friendly young host at this Airbnb in the middle of Hatyai town. Her hospitality is superb as she provided us delicacies and rambutans in her 10th day of business.
