Nice environment, room (deluxe room) & staff. Free self parking, smart tv with Netflix, Disney channel & also near tourist spots. The staff are very helpful. The time our room lost wifi connection, they helped until it got better. Then when we ask about tuk tuk, they teach us to book max which is cheaper. Overall recommended 👍🏻

The doorman of this hotel opened the door to welcome us with a smile as soon as he saw us arriving👏Then the lady at the counter immediately brought hot towels and tea... We arrived at the hotel at 12.30pm... we couldn't check in yet... but the lady at the counter was very nice... and took them with us We recorded our booking number and passport... After a while, we were able to check in early when a room became available... Other hotels often have to wait after 2 o'clock... This one is really great😎

My experience at this hotel was quite underwhelming. First, the parking situation was very inconvenient.Second, the room was very small and cramped, not at all worth the price we paid. While the breakfast was tasty, it wasn’t enough to make up for the other shortcomings.What upset me the most was that I accidentally got a small amount of blood on the pillowcase due to a nosebleed, and the hotel charged me an additional 200 baht for cleaning. This seemed extremely unreasonable, especially considering it was just a minor stain, not damage to the property.

I like this hotel because of entire service is super excellent. The staff is friendly. It is near to some of tourist spot. Rooms i took were king suite. It is spacious for me n my disable parent. They provide at nearest lift.

The room was beautiful, very clean, the staff took very good care of it. Delicious breakfast But I want to improve the pillow. It's too high. Wake up in the morning and have a neck pain.😅The room isn't very soundproof. When someone walks by or speaks in front of the room, you can hear it.But if you're in the room, you won't be able to hear the sound of the room next door.Most of the electrical equipment in the room is touch-based and looks modern.I recommend this place if anyone is going to stay.

The food at this hotel is great! The buffet is available only on Saturdays and Sundays. Since today is Friday, they serve set meals, and everything is nice. The hotel is very new, and the staff are making an effort to provide excellent service. The hotel is also very clean!

At seven or eight in the morning, the fire alarm rang loudly. In order to apologize, the hotel invited all customers to have breakfast👍----------------------------------The room is clean and hygienicShould the bathroom and toiletries be provided, and should it be a TV or a smart TV?The only drawback is that the location is quite far from the city

Location meet my requirement, near to Stadium for the Hatyai Marathon. Its a walking distance. The service is excellent. The car park is at another building which about 50m away. Breakfast is also another building which is literally next building. Everything is clean (including bedsheet, toilet, room floor) and new. Well maintained. Money well spend on this, even though it's a bit out skirt from actual "Hatyai" street but it is worth it. You can travel by Grab to tourist spot and each grab it between 60 - 110 baht depends on the time you book. Worth the money.

I'd like to call it Beyond expectation for randomly finding a hotel to stay with including breakfast. Price is 2 gray leaves with change. with the quality of the hotel, hygiene, and goodness in the decoration The quality in little things like Bathrobes or Slippers goes a long way. The beds are comfortable. The hotel smells good. If there is a chance to go to Hat Yai again Will choose to stay again

New brand - Local hotel in Hatyai- Location just away from the central of city but comfortable and not crowded- Clean room, Good hotel room Condition and amenity. Bed good comfordable, many pillows i love it.- In room and public area decoration modern style- Touch screen light switches in room- Big wide tv screen with smart tv system, Netflix, YouTube available- Good wifi in room, suitable much for workation or business trip staying- There are parking indoor and outdoor for cars and motorbike but seperated just a bit walk- I love the Graffiti - wall art painting next door the hotel. its represent the attractive tourist places in Hatyai and Songkhla, don’t miss to have some nice photo- During my stay the restaurant not completely operate yet so only a breakfast set serving in room, there are 4 optional of local Hatyai breakfast item. Love it !- No laundry service in-house yet- Staffs friendly and well trained!Overall i love it, recommend for couple and business trip.I hope to repeat it soon in my holiday and business trip.

I would like to recommend 🏨 Bestier Hotel. 👍 Excellent service, very beautiful room, very clean, very fragrant, smiling staff, excellent welcome. The manager was kind. I know that I brought my daughter to take the exam at the girl's school. The exam is until 1 p.m. Normally, you have to check out at noon. Thank you very much.If there is an errand or opportunity Will come to stay again 😃
