The owners of the uncle and aunt are cute and friendly in a homely style. Foreigners have been here for a very long time. So it became a big family. Quiet and not lonely For travelers, there is a feeling of safety. This is very important because you come to live with the locals. The air conditioner is a bit old, so it's loud, but it's very comfortable.

I use the laundry service at this lovely little resort and the family who run it are so kind. I’d stay at the resort in a heartbeat though, given the warm family welcome I’ve experienced as a regular customer.
The resort is just a minute’s walk to the morning market and a 7-11.

For the price point, it's a nice spacious room that includes a refrigerator and a desk. Bed was a little springy. They have hot water for instant coffee (but no tea sadly). Several restaurants and a 7-11 a block away. Friendly hosts that also offer a taxi service.

We talked about the price, talked about the day of arrival, the day of check-out was complete, on the day of departure, came and added additional money, asked for the 6 hours that we slept, called and talked to the person we talked to, and said that he had already told us, he went back on his word, the money was lost. We can pay already, but it's not okay. The source is very bad at backing off his words.
