The service is good. They will help you when you see any luggage.Welcome afternoon tea upon check-inBreakfast is also richThe swimming pool feels a bit like a pool. There are fallen leaves and it feels a little dirty. But when it’s time to use it, the staff will pick up the leaves.

If you come to Bangkok for one day or for shopping, I can recommend this hotel. It is equidistant from airports; you practically don’t need to be on the street to do shopping. It’s convenient that there is a private parking area where it’s convenient to call Grab. The air conditioning system works well and is adjusted from the electrical control center. Wi-Fi worked great throughout the hotel. Three elevators that work quickly (this is important, especially in Asian high-rise buildings). For breakfast, if you wish, you can have eggs and coffee prepared to order. Also, I had an early check-out (4 am), the employees were at their workplace, the lunch box was very conveniently packed. Thank you ❤️

The toilet area has a pungent drain smell which tells of poor plumbing facilities in the hotel. We stayed 5 nights and the smell did not improve. The flushing system is inefficient, you have to press a few times before it flushes. Our room faces the main road so it’s quite noisy. When we ask for bottled water, they will question you although housekeeping did not top up water on that day of housekeeping. You have to explain yourself although it’s just water. Be mindful that they only provide 2 bottles of water per person per day. We topped up 1500baht per night for an extra person in our room. Will not recommend for travellers with elderly or young children as you have to lug back bottled water from the convenience store that is not exactly close to the hotel. It will be my first and last time staying in this hotel.

ayed in this hotel a couple of year ago and really like this place, that is the reason why we came back. This time, We were welcomed by the bellman outside the hotel who took care about our luggages. When came in the lobby the 2 receptionnists sat on their chair didnt walked up to welcome us they even ignored us so i wemt to the desk to check in, i didnt heard any welcome words just “your passport pls”. One thing really weird, the 2 receptionists dont talk with you, they talk to a 3rd person who look like a trainee or new receptionist and only this person talk to you.So they ask this person to tell me that i have to pay for an extra charge for my 12 year old daughter (she is 12 since 24 february so just 4/5 months) as they consider she is an adult so i ask them to look at my daughter, is she an adult ? Well i became really upset and annoyed by the situation and mister Paisan, wow the front office manager, who finally talk (as he was sitting there since the beginning but do not talk to you) but when he talk he talk with a way that i have never faced too before here in thailand, not professional at all, no compassion, not trying to find a solution, zero empathy !I am working in the hotel industry since 25 years and is now the general manager of a 4* hotel in Paris. There are policies of course, however people and especially managers are here to manage unfortunate situations and mister Paisan “Bank” did not made it in the right way at all.He only made the situation worst and just ruin my stay, really disapointing …

Had a nice experience up until check out. The day we checked in we went to the pool at 430pm. There was a big sign that said beer buy 1 get 1 free at 5pm-8pm. When I got to the pool I ordered a watermelon smoothie. Got my bill paid 110baht gave 120 tipped 10. Then i meet a nice Australian gentleman there. He was drinking beer so I told him at 5pm I would join him. He ordered the the first round. The menu said 200 baht so I pulled out 200 baht and he wouldn't take my money. He ordered another round and after I went up to my room. So i total of beers was 4 and the beer promotion on the big sign which i mentioned to the bar staff the promotion says buy 1 get 1 free and they knodded in agreement. Then fast forward to check out the next day I was given a 250 baht bill for a beer. That was so ridiculous I got mad. We booked 3 rooms and my brother in law in 1 of the rooms drank a beer and didn't tell me. Which upon check out I said we didn't drink any beers which I was embarrassed to have said this when 1 was drank. My sincerest apology to the hotel for this. But to give me a bill 50 baht over menu price for a beer the day before which the Australian gentleman ordered during haply hour so me and him could drink was disorganized and petty. To indirectly insinuate I skipped out on my tab was offensive. For being a 5 star hotel there needs to be a better system for guests so this never happens again. I ended up insisting I would not pay and the manager said he'd pay and we left. Which is why I gave back 2 stars on my review. If I paid for beer which shouldn't have been charged to begin with I would of rated 1 star.
