Recent establishment. The setting is magnificent and very calm. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center. The room is large and clean. It is very well equipped (air conditioning, fridge, shower, toilet, balcony, storage, TV). But the bed is not at all comfortable (very hard, it looks like concrete). The ladies do not spend the entire stay in the room cleaning. So after a few days, my trash was full, the laundry and the floor were dirty. Moreover, I saw that the laundry was drying on the walls of the establishment before being distributed to the rooms. It's not clean...

Honestly, I could give more stars ð its really worth money.Even in Phuket an Bangkok I've been in worst hotels.Seriously, you get top service.Btw... scooters are cheaper here rhan at pier 200/day.Location is similar to all island ð and there is no perfect location in this island and scooter is a must here.

I do not recommend! We booked a stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was no room available for us - the hotel was fully booked. We did not receive any explanation from the owner, if it had not been for the help of the host of the hotel where we stayed earlier, we would have had to leave the island. I would like to mention that we were in oover the Christmas period and there were no other accommodation alternatives. This is not how it is done, complete lack of professionalism. The hotel provides more available rooms via the booking website than it physically has capacity.

Nice, cared-for hotel. The service was super friendly and helpful. Each door goes to open (no external walls) hallway, so it's open feeling and you feel right next to nature. Unique Chillay restaurant right there down the street where breakfast is served.

2mins from beach, nice clean big room, we enjoyed sitting on the front balcony with coconut. For us with baby it was the best stay on Koh Yao Yai.

The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator and you can take a warm shower. There is a balcony facing the garden and one facing the street, but it is on a side street and so there is no traffic there. The owner is very nice and the breakfast is also great. Scooters here cost 250 baht a day, but there are ones next door for 200. Price performance is right.

Very friendly hostess. Rooms are very clean and modern. It's a shame it's a bit remote from the beach. Great value for moneyð She has a restaurant a few meters away. Her cook cooks excellently and the food is beautifully prepared! I can only recommend it. We would come here again
