Jem the owner alone is worth going there.Perfectly well-run hotel and very careful breakfast with bread, jam and depending on the day, cake, yogurt, and everything is homemade... but no eggs are laid there yet.An exceptional address, which is why it is difficult to get one of the dozen rooms available.

Once again our stay at Asiana House was fabulous. Both Jam and husband Deng were so warm & welcoming. We fully recommend for both long & short stays . We stayed for 2 months and many other guests stayed for longer ( up to 5 months ) We are made to feel like family. |.

Asians House is more like being part of the family. Everyone gathers in the dining room around 8:00 am for coffee and an excellent breakfast. Ajam is a gracious host. My wife and I have stay here each year and we will continue for as long as possible.

Unfortunately I couldn't give more! Excellent location for visiting the islands, snorkeling or diving, close to the market for shopping or eating, 1000 beautiful places in the surrounding area and on the beach where you can get there in 2 minutes, with all this the place is in a quiet street and you can't hear any noise . Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the garden to the spacious and super efficient houses with air conditioning and every other comfort. The landlady? Superb friendly and sociable, a true force of nature. Asiana House, a home to return to!

The Asiana House is a very well-kept and clean bungalow complex, which is located on a side street to the main street of Khao Lak. Nevertheless, it is very centrally located and you can reach almost everything on foot. The boss Jam is very personable and leaves nothing to be desired. No matter whether booking excursions, doing laundry, renting scooters or individually prepared breakfast. Nothing is too much for Jam and she puts her heart and soul into every guest. You don't experience that often. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to point out any criticism. The bungalows are very clean and absolutely adequately equipped. This was definitely not Jam's last vacation! In addition, Jam fills the fridge with water and cola every morning, free of charge. :-)

The rooms look friendly, rather small, so the air conditioning is directly above the bed. The bathroom is okay, shower in the corner with a sliding wall, rather small. The hostess was very nice and helpful.

The bungalows are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with good wifi – but what makes the place special is the host. Jam is very engaging, helpful and kind. She prepared a good breakfast for us each day and had lots of useful information about what to do and where to go in the area.We highly recommend Asiana House.
