I really enjoyed staying there. A cute little bungalow with a private beach! I loved the garden with all the hammocks and deck chairs. The breakfast was really amazing (especially the pancakes). The check in was easy and the owner friendly. If you want to have relaxing holidays it's absolutely perfect :)

We stayed in a little bungalow for three nights and had a pleasant stay. The outside area in front of the beach is lovely with lots of comfortable seating options and hammocks. The view is also pretty good and we loved our outside bathroom. If you’re not afraid of animals these cute lillte bamboo bungalows are definitely worth a stay. The breakfast was very delicious and the pancakes they serve are amazing!!

Good prices for quite good bungalows, loved the outdoor bathroom. The beach isn't very beautiful but the garden of the resort is. A lot of trees and chairs, perfect for sunrise or chilling during the day. The breakfast was very good, you get an omelette when you want, brewed coffee, pancakes and more. The best breakfast so far in Bungalow Resorts in TH.

We really liked the island itself!The hotel is in a very good location, you can rent scooters and explore the whole island. It's right on the water (but not a good beach)We had a bamboo bungalow. - Rats live in the outside shower of the bungalow!! These move mainly at night and can also get into the accommodation through any holes. Very unpleasant and disgusting, we are sure the owners know about it but do nothing about it. -On the day we arrived, both owners became extremely rude to other guests. The lady didn't stop screaming at a guest, who then cried. Criticism is not addressed here, but rather ignored. A family wanted to complain about their scooter and was threatened with violence. These guests both left early.

I never had such a bad check-in experience anywhere in Thailand. Very rude lady, not understanding any English, just shouting at us and threatening one of the other staff with her punch (or maybe he was her husband). I told her that we would go to the ATM and come back to pay the advance and she freaked out!! I mean, who talks to clients like this!! The place has of course bad vibes...

- Animals in the sleeping rooms.- An employee made a tenant cry.- The rudest staff I have ever experienced.- Staff laughed at us and rubbed their fingers together because we booked a "cabin".- My family and I were called "stupid".- We were given a faulty scooter; the brakes did not work. We had to pay regardless.- An employee threatened me with violence.- My family and I left the accommodation abruptly after one hour! Another couple also left a day early.- We did not receive a refund. However, our accommodation was apparently re-rented.

Very nice bungalows on the beach and sea, separated by a surf wall, which invites you to relax rather than swim. The area could also be made a little nicer or maintained. Service sometimes overly intrusive.

Nice little bungalow establishment, directly on the beach, feet in the water.There are bamboo bungalows (with fan, cheaper) and solid bungalows (AC, more expensive). All have a private bathroom, with hot water and WC. WiFi arrives almost everywhere, otherwise good quality on the reception terrace. Comfortable beds, mosquito net to effectively protect against mosquitoes. Everything is clean and comfortable. Otherwise, buy the lemongrass spray at Family Mart next doorThere is no restaurant or bar, but there are many good restaurants nearby and a Family Mart convenience store on the road, exiting on the left, very close, 5 minutes walk where you can buy beers, wines and spirits. In the same place also an ATM. You can also order good fried chicken by phone at the stall near 7/11, road on the right (look at Google Map).Family run, welcoming with Thai smile, taking good care of customers. Motorcycle rental on site.I left the computer mouse in the room when I left. They found him and sent him the next day by morning shuttle boat to Phang Ngna. Very, very nice! Thank you so much !

Disrespectful owner only looking for your money. With a short drive down the road you can find spectacular resorts with actually friendly staff. Just avoid this one.We found this place to get access to the beach, we ended up with a lady yelling at us you must pay money. That’s while just 100 meters down the road we found an amazing coffee shop with a stunning view, we wanted to take photos, the nice lady there herself suggested she can take a photo of us without the slightest expectation from us whatsoever.

Very rude! We went there just 2 minutes to watch the beach, the woman insisted on getting something from her! We said just one coke and she came back with 2 coke shouting at us and finally sold us 1 for 40 Baht!There’s a beautiful cafe just 1 min on the left that you can enjoy the beautiful view! Just don’t go to the Koh Yao beach front!

I stayed in the upgraded bungalow so I can’t speak to the bamboo ones. It had AC and the ability to just open all the windows to the beach if you wanted. The bathroom was bigger than my first apartment and modern. Rainfall shower, western toilet. You can throw a rock and hit the beach. They have scooters for rent and kayaks to borrow. The couple is super sweet and friendly.

The complex was really beautiful and amazingly relaxing. The service was great and the breakfast was adequate. Possibility to use the kayaks for free, which was a nice activity. There are newer bungalows and the more traditional ones. The outside bathroom was really great but nothing for shy people. You really live in a house of paper and it gets noisy quickly. I don’t know about the other beds but ours was extremely hard and lopsided so the nights were hard for us. The newer bungalows have beach front side and the traditional ones a small pond

After we had rats in the hut the first night and therefore didn't sleep, we moved into the expensive hut. This was great, even if there was no hot water. Unfortunately, sewage pipes here go into the sea. But the water is usually far away anyway and you walk through mud. But it is a nice hotel complex.
