The most miserable place I have ever lived. Although this place has the most amazing location in Shanghai it is not only overpriced, but a massive pain in the rear. There is frequently corrupt construction going on all hours of the day. The doormen, though nice people are helpless and have recently all been fired and replaced with cheaper younger staff. I would never live here again in my life even if it was free.

Located on a diamond boundary called Xiafei Road in the French Concession in the last century and now called Huaihai Middle Road (Urumqi Intersection), the three high-rise residential complexes were invested by a company owned by Macau gambling king Dr. Stanley Ho and built in 2000.
