This hotel hygiene is terrible! The shower head is full of fungus! For the price of 400-500USD a night making such a low level mistake is unacceptable. I have got allergy from it and I complain to the hotel and they just apologized and promised to compliment for certain service which never happened!

Clean. wide. comfortable. Fashionable. A stylish kitchen that you will want to refer to when building your own home. It's right next to the subway station, so transportation is good, but there aren't any shopping streets around the hotel that make you want to wander around, so it's lonely at night. By the way, please note that if you search for "Ascot Henshan" on Google Maps, a different location will be displayed (January 2020). The front desk is very kind. The young lady is very polite and wonderful. They listen to my broken English and try their best to help me.

Stayed here with our parents and they ate breakfast and couldn't eat it, it was so bad. You had to eat out side of the hotel in order to have a breakfast you would want to eat.||||The room was dirty and there was no fixing it from the front desk. They would not move us or clean the carpet.
