Lovely family run hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms, and the family takes pride in offering good hospitality. They also let us keep our things and scooter at the hotel while we went to Surin which was very helpful. Location is good, a short drive to the beach

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean (cleaned daily). The owner was very helpful. She advised what to see and how to get around. You can rent a scooter on site and book various excursions. I highly recommend it. The nicest hotel I stayed in during my vacation in Thailand.

Highly Recommended! We received a really warm welcome here.Weena and her husband and the room service are super nice and helpful. The breakfast was super tasty and varied.The room was cleaned extremely clean every day. During our 4 month trip, we felt most comfortable here so far. We would have liked to have stayed much longer.You can also book several tours, such as to the Similan Islands.We will come back in any case!

The best room we had in Thailand. Extremely clean, very quiet neighbourhood and the lady was super nice and friendly and sweet!!! The hospitality was amazing! Also, very nice breakfast!

A fantastic little find, the owners are a lovely and helpful, the rooms are amazingly clean and well kept, breakfast is great, good coffee, eggs to order, and toast, fresh fruit and more, 5 min walk to the rest bars etc, little further to the beach, amazing value.

We have only stayed at Baramate for 1 night but it was still a great and memorable experience as the place is very clean and equipped with new furniture and appliances. The owners were extremely kind and were very quick to help us at all times. It made us feel very comfortable and relaxed.Definitely worth a visit for those looking for a quiet place close to many places of interest in Khao Lak. Highly recommended =)

The best stay of our backpacking trip! We loved this hotel. We booked 2 nights and booked back for another night after our liveaboard trip. The owners are so kind, helping us with literally everything. If it was raining - they gave us umbrellas to use. We asked about scooters - no problem, they rented us their personal ones to use for 24 hrs. We asked about a Taxi to Phuket - they drove us in their car, for cheaper than we were quoted with local taxis. We needed laundry done while we were away on the liveaboard boat - the owner did it while we were gone and it was folded and ready for us when we were back. The breakfast was delicious and a huge spread, lots of variety for everyone. The rooms were massive, with very comfy beds, and were spotless. The shower was big, with high pressure and got hot. The shower is separate from the bathroom so everything doesn’t get wet.The kindness we were shown has been the most of anyone we have met travelling. They went above and beyond to help us with everything and everything. In all our travels (ever) they have been the most helpful, kind hosts. Thank you for everything!! Highly recommend you stay here, it was refreshing, comfortable and they were so accommodating.

We were guests of Mrs. Weena and her husband for almost 2 weeks and really enjoyed the time. They are both incredibly attentive, helpful people! The whole hotel is super clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and cozy! There was a fantastic breakfast every morning. We were also able to rent our scooter on site. The location is ideal for us as restaurants, market, beach etc. are also within walking distance. Thanks for the nice time!

The Baramate Hotel is by far the cleanest hotel we stayed in on our 7 week trip to Thailand. The hostess is such a loving woman who helps you with everything. Furthermore, the breakfast is great. Added to this is the great location. We will definitely come back here when we are in Thailand again.

We are currently staying at Baramate and it is the best accommodation we have ever had. Everything is so incredibly clean, the rooms are spacious and beautiful! The hosts are such lovely people and you feel very welcome.Breakfast is perfect. The location is also perfect.We will definitely come back and can recommend this accommodation to everyone. We felt incredibly comfortable here. We would like to give 10 stars.
