- Room amenities: Clean room, spacious and clean. The room is equipped with cool AC, comfy king size bed, wardrobe, sofa, TV, kettle, cups, good electric shower and refrigerator. Towels, toilet paper, soap, 2 bottles of water are prepared in advanced and get refilled if you request room cleaning service.The room was very quiet, so I had good sleep here!- Location: Very close to Huai Khwang MRT Station, so it's very easy and convinient to go anywhere. There's a 7/11 store on the way to the hotel and you can have everything there:) Night market and food stalls are also nearby, too.- Price: Very great value, it costs me about 13$ per night (as I booked through Agoda)- Staff: The hotel manager was super kind, friendly and helpful. The security was nice, too.If I go back to Bangkok, I definitely book this hotel again!!

Nice spacious rooms, tv, fridge, AC, electric shower with good pressure.Nice shelving, wardrobe, sofa, soft-ish mattress. Small balcony with outside tap.Security on duty through night at the door. Parking and laundry available.7/11 close by along with metro station a 5 min walk.

The first day of staying, I was not impressed at all. The reservation was made from Agoda. When I arrived I was told there was no name on the reservation. Had to have us call Agoda again, waiting a long time.Finally, the person in charge of the accommodation saw that he had brought out a piece of paper with the name of the person who reserved it, saying that he had actually found it, as if he had hidden it. Whether it's with some intention or not, I don't know.

Ants in bed and everywhere. A bigger insect too on the floor maybe roach not sure.I left the hotel early after one night. Was too tired to notice before only noticed the morning after. Having wondered why I felt a little itchy. Reviews when I booked were overly positive for the hotel.Friendly but thats about all on the positives.

Friendly staff at front desk, near a 7/11. Room was very clean, cool and quiet. Large bed with nice sheets, good towels too. Aircon was very good, cooled room fast. When we'd leave for the day and come back the room would still be cool! Shower pressure was amazing, overall a very nice refreshing stay.

Great hotel, unbeatable value for money, everything is nearby. Very kind staff and available as best they can. I have seen some comments which say that the night guard is not friendly, I think he is with the customers who respect him (at least a good evening when we enter the hotel). Easy to use washing machine for 30 or 20 bath. No drying but given the heat no need since the room has a balcony. No laundry theft, you can put in your laundry and go back to doing your activities while waiting for the end, no need to stand there in front.There are dogs hanging out in the street, I don't know if they are stray dogs or if they belong to a family, I have never had any problems with them.

This place in Bangkok has mixed reviews because your experience depends on which side of the building you’re placed in.I stayed multiple nights in both in 3 different numbers and this is what I have to say.Here’s the breakdown:• Left Side: If you’re on this side, you’ll likely have a fantastic stay. It’s quiet, with no disturbances from people walking around or noisy bars, as it’s private property outside.• Right Side: If you end up on this side, be prepared for noise. There’s a disco bar next door that plays loud music everyday from 10 pm to 3 or 4 am. The rooms have single-glazed doors with no insulation, so you’ll hear everything.Tip: The washing machines outside are okay. Just drop all your clothes in there, add some detergent, and it will set everything up by itself. However, the drying function of the machine is useless, so be prepared to dry your clothes in your room or elsewhere.If you found this helpful please leave a like, It motivates me to make more helpful and detailed reviews like this :)

Great value for money! The room is specious and clean, everything you need is provided, and the bed is comfortable. Also the manager was very kind and helpful. You can arrive late and the location is perfect - next to a metro station (easy to arrive in public transport from the airport, and to go through the city), nice night market on a nearby street, and a quiet area.
