Very run down business. The rooms are a mess, air-con barely worked and so noisy it was better just to turn it off. The whole bungalow seemed to move on it's supports whenever we moved about. Felt like it might collapse at any time. Broken window screens meant lots of mosquitoes visiting in the night. Very basic breakfast included but not worth eating. Also they deliver it when they want to not when you want it. They had a karaoke venue on site and of course very loud bad singing by drunk locals to all hours of the morning. Originally booked two nights but stayed only one and found somewhere else more comfortable. Cannot recommend this place to anybody.

If the cicadas and mosquitoes are as friendly as the sparrows in Snow White, you can stay there. When you return from going out late at night, there are dozens of cicadas at the entrance, so be sure to turn off all the lights. I was so scared of bugs

Clean, safe, affordable. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for the night, this place is perfect. Cold Aircon, hot water, clean sheets, refrigerator, TV, friendly staff, car/motorbike parking.If I was simply looking for a place to sleep, I would support a local Thai family and stay here over any other resort in the area. Perfect for passing through. Well lit sign out front. Shampoo is purple, soap is yellow ;).Cheers.

An older resort. The rooms need considerable maintenance and/or upgrades. The furnishings are well worn as well. The location by the river and far enough from the highway is nice. The owner is very friendly and the price is very reasonable. As of my visit in Oct. 2022 the government was building a containing wall for the river that ran the length of the resort's riverfront area. Can't say whether that will be a plus or negative once finished, but the construction was noisy and ugly during my visit.
