Highly unprofessional staff, never seen that ever before.You have a problem in the Bungalow, please we recommand you solve it yourself.The view is freaking amazing, I arrived in the Bungalow in April ( hotter month) the air con was broken, it get pretty hot at night and can go up to 35. So I barely slept and ask to move to a Bungalow with a air con. I almost argue with the staff, she didn't felt sorry at all that wasn't able to sleep. At night I changed... But with a air con that wasn't working well.. I had cold and hot air at the same time, and of course the day after got sick. I went back to her asking if she could PLEASE, ask a technician to fix it, well first NOPE, and she even told me after 3 nights I'll back in the old bungalow with no air con, wow, I was like " she doesn't seem to care at all about her customer satisfation".The third day, a raven played at night with my rubish, and it got dirty all around my bungalow. I talked to her about it and she gave a face like " yeah whatever I don't care, and won't do anything". Well yeah, cause at night, I was the one cleaning around and picking up all the trash.The day after, the bungalow locks folded off. Again, I went to her about it, doesn't care. So I gave her the locks, guess what didn't do anything, while I'll takes max 30 min fixing it. So I couldn't lock the bungalow and anybody could enter anytime.No change about the air con on day 6, I got sicker, and talk to her boss who gave me the same " Yeah you will leave sooner and so what ? Thank for your money bye"The whole team has the exact attitute, make you repeat several times, so you get bored, or try not to understand your problem even with the translator.I want say don't go because the landscape is so beautiful and there is a freaking good local restaurant that sells green noodles, duck e.t.c, but if you have a problem you're warmed.
