Great to have the opportunity to stayed here for 2 nights. Due to the tight schedule we can't really enjoyed the facilities there. The owner Mr 鄭 was superb friendly n guidance was given perfectly. His caring n superb fine to pre prepare our pack breakfast since we have limited time. He even assist us on table reservation n free photographer arrangement upon our return at late night. Their restaurant is serving a wonderful foods n staff is friendly too.The environment n designs is highly recommended to place a stay at least 1 night. The overall scenic is worth for the sum that you spent.Will surely come back for my next return to Lijiang.Thanks Mr 鄭 and staff on handling our in n out our luggage 🧳 👍 😀

Great service. I find boss Zheng is very helpful. This is especially useful for foreign travellers. He will try to suggest to you the best way to do the travels here if you ask him. His other staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Also, for the price point this is a great hotel.

Excellent customer service. You will enjoy the scenery at this hotel because of the location.It's close to the old town street where it becomes very lively at night. Additionally, there is an in-house photographer that takes your photos as an in-house guest here for free and will send you via wechat. The front desk is very helpful.
