The Inn is very clean and cosy and feels as a part of the history of Lijiang Old Town. The rooms have a traditional feeling and represent local culture. I was told that the inn was once the home of a court official and therefore it is protected heritage.Additionally, the owner was very friendly and helpful. It is also easy to find.I can definitely recommend this place when you want to stay in Lijiang Old Town.

I heard that the Gucheng B&B was a former master's home that was renovated and is quite clean and spacious. It does not provide breakfast, drinks or tea bags, and the bathroom supplies are only simple. The mattress is old and sagging in places, making it difficult to sleep on. The owner's attitude is quite kind.
