Very nice and big hotel, in a very convenient area. Close to shops and walking distance to the Ancient Town. Many restaurants too. The rooms are very comfortable too. The ac / heater seems to be not working, but at least they gave an extra duvet inside the cupboard, so i slept with 2 duvets. Same with the bathroom... it is insanely cold. So after you have a hot shower or bath you step out into cold floor and freezing room. Feels terrible. Service is not so good here however. For the breakfast they made a mistake with our booking and somehow only registered 2 pax for breakfast instead of 3. Breakfast is not too bad... it is very crowded tho so you may need to share tables with other guests.

The temperature in this season is moderate, neither too hot nor too cold. A cup of locally produced coffee in the ancient city only costs a few yuan, so you don’t need Star Dad!
