Terrific hotel with fantastic customer care - very high standard rooms, easy walk to the Old Town. The manager, in particular is very friendly and competent, goes the extra mile (We'd left my washing out when we were out for a day trip, but all was taken in from the rain, and far more expertly hung up so all dry when we returned. The hotel foyer and garden are beautifully laid out.

The manager of the hotel is amazing and his staff are hard working as well as helpful. The hotel is in a great area in the ancient city of Lijiang and is in walking distance to the center of the ancient city. The manager is unbelievably kind and understanding. The service from this hotel is remarkable and I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, a little far from the old town, but there were no issues with foreigners staying here during Covid. Service was fantastic, they took care of us and assisted with additional concierge services during our stay.

The location is on the outskirts of old-town. So ca. 10 min walk, but very pleasant. Rooms were very modern and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Downside was that parking cost were extra. I’m general I liked it.
