Excellent contact with Joye who provides a type of private concierge service. He helped us organize our short stay in Lijiang, from the pickup from the station to the door of the residence and the purchase of the train ticket to return to Kunming on May 1st, a public holiday in China! He speaks English fluently which made my life a lot easier.The hostess Cici is very attentive to us. She remained there even late in the evening and helped us install Tencent to guide us through the old city. She did us a great service by buying our train tickets without having to go to the station :-)We had an excellent stay in a remarkable place thanks to our hosts. THANKS.Excellent contact with Joye, who provides a kind of private concierge service. He assisted us in organizing our short stay in Lijiang, from pickup at the train station to the doorstep of our residence, and even helped us purchase train tickets to return to Kunming on May 1st, a public holiday in China! His fluent English greatly facilitated my experience.Cici, the lady of the house, is very attentive to our needs. Xilu Xiaoxie Inn Saterday house is so perfect room. All facilitate is new and veryyyyy clean. I really recommend it.In case of one day trip for Jade dragon snow moutain which buy from hotel, guide can speak only china. It was better if they have clear direction for going up to the moutain because this queueing and transporting are hardest part to perform by traveller. Although it was not support you as guide tour, we can communicate via translater or Wechat group which other assistants can help in inmergency case.For shared taxi which buy from hotel for going from Lijiang hotel to Dali hotel, it is typical sedan for 4 passengers that mean uncomfortable for 3-4 hr journey, but both hotel and taxi can assist you to derect destination.
