Nice location to the beach. The rooms are spacious. Air conditioning very good. The pictures of the sanitary facilities are of the pool. Anyway, a lot of it looks like a construction site.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is only 2 min away from the beach. Everything else was kinda disappointing.The hotel looks like it's in a renovation process. However, it seems that nothing will be done for a long time. There is a huge language barrier- the staff speaks very poor English. Our room was quite decent, however, when we arrived, there were around 10+ mosquitoes inside the room, but this might have been bad luck.

Were there in January, very nice little resort. The boss is very warm and helpful. Her husband was a good tour guide. Breakfast is available on the beautiful terrace for around 130 baht. It's best to rent a scooter directly there. I'd love to come back.👍

Our family holiday spend here for a couple of day. I have some more friends joined from phuket as well. It's more surrounding nature and near Weekends market. I really want to recommend whoever coming to Khaolak for holiday with reasonable price.

Close to the beach, clean, large rooms and very helpful staff the only tiny negative is there are no drawers to put underwear or anything you can't hang up, but we loved it thanks you for a lovely stay

The resort has a small, nice restaurant where you can eat very good food. Since it has a family atmosphere, special requests are always fulfilled.What can be said about the resort is that there are functional rooms of sufficient size. Equipped with air conditioning and fan. Some rooms don't have a closet but still have enough storage space so that we don't have to live out of a suitcase for three weeks. There is a large refrigerator in the room.The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were picked up at the airport by the owner and provided with the most important information for our first vacation in Thailand.We were also given a city map where the owner marked everything important for us and it was very clear.What I would like to mention is that there are visitors who are bothered by a few things but are not concerned that there is certainly no room in Europe for this little money.And for here the rooms are good and cheap.

Excellent location (a few meters from the beach and nice restaurants with good prices. Massages right in front of the beach and next to restaurants)I stayed with my family in a room right in front of the pool.I give it 3 stars because the bathrooms in the rooms do not have a curtain and the entire floor gets wet and you have no way to dry. Due to the humidity, sometimes the entire room smells musty because the wood that supports the sink gets wet.If it depended on the pool, I would give it 1 star. During my 13-day stay, there was not a day when they cleaned the water! They only removed the leaves that fell on it 🙈🙊

Clean rooms with ac and hot water, the pool is nice with a regular German clientele. Great local for the beach!The anomaly is the restaurant, since this is the tourist area most restaurants charge at least 50% more than on the main road where the local eateries are.The owner jack supervises the kitchen and will tell you what he has the most of to give you a deal. I call him Samurai Jack since he does everything, is a really nice guy and was a big help in arranging tours, local transportation to the next town and where to get some hardware I needed. I am curious about how how many languages he speaks but he definitely is good in English and German as well as his native Thai.Would recommend since we had 5 nice nights here
