We stayed for 1100 baht per night.Went to stay with a friend, 2 people together. The room on the side that we booked with the repair crate made a lot of noise. The employee who came out to greet us told us to choose which room we wanted. Because the room you booked is next to the room being repaired, it may be noisy. The staff let us choose. So we chose the room on the far left instead. Because it's far from where it's being repaired.There wasn't much to do during our stay. The room was beautiful, clean, complete with equipment. We were OK. After a while, we remembered that we wanted another spare key card. The staff who brought us to our accommodation said, "Oh, no, we can't. We were confused but okay." Then we packed our bags. Turn on the television. The hotel has placed 2 remotes. So we pressed for a while and it turned out to be a comma. So I called to inform the number that I had called to inquire about the room. (There was no telephone in the room that connected to the staff.) After a while, the staff came to look at it and said that I had to use this one. (There are 2 remotes) We say thank you. And asked about the backup card again, the employee replied that he couldn't, so we said thank you.I'm really confused here. If you want to charge a deposit for a backup keycard, you can. But this one is an angry rejection directed at us. So we said okay, we just slept. During the day, go outside and hang up cleaning signs. In the afternoon we returned to the hotel to change clothes and go on the boat ride. We took out hotel towels with us (we went on a boat trip to the islands). The staff was quiet for a while (on the line we heard that they talked to the person next to them that during cleaning they didn't change the clothes. We were confused.1But I didn't say anything, just told him to go outside and bring a towel (on the line we could hear the employee sighing). The employee replied, Yes, I'll exchange it for you. I'm confused. Am I wrong? The hotel said it was 24-hour service, which at that time it wasn't that late. But we didn't say anything.So I agreed with my friend to move hotels. Another day we checked out (still had 1 day left but wanted to move).Really not recommended at all. We booked through an online app. Very bad.
