One of the nicest Hotel Owners I ever met.Perfect stay, they help you with everything you can imagine and the best part is they will bring you to nice beaches and restaurants if they have time. This was so nice 😊.The rooms itself are basic and clean and are equipped with everything you need for a nice stay.

Of the many hotels I stayed at while traveling in southern Thailand for a month, this was the most memorable. Although I only stayed for two nights, I was so touched by the kindness of the hotel owner that I want to visit again.Thanks to the owner, I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful beaches of Khao Lak.I had to leave early on the day of check-out, so I couldn't eat breakfast, but I was very grateful that the owner personally provided fruit, bread, and drinks.The breakfast was full of fresh fruit and was perfect for me.It is very close to Bang Niang Market, free self-laundry is available, and the cleaning is very good. And the biggest advantage of this hotel is the very friendly owner and staff.👍👍👍

We stayed with Kai and Nam at Casacool for 3 nights and can only recommend it. Price-performance cannot be topped. It's a simple hotel but you have everything you need. The breakfast is great especially the fruits. The hospitality of the two owners deserves special mention. They are always in a good mood and even drove us to the beaches in their private car.Thank you very much and see you soon, we'll be happy to come back

Casacool is one of my favorite places where I stayed. The location is perfect. All things will and can be organized by Nam, if it's tours, transportation or tips what to do, where to eat etc.It's lovely you feel like home away from home.Highly recommended to stay here if you can!

While we were in Khoa Lak we read the reviews here on Google Maps and decided to move to Casacool for 3 nights after our reservations at the beach resort we were at was over. This was a good move and we were not disappointed. Nam and Kai are both hostesses of the highest order and run a fine establishment. Free laundry and breakfast to boot. They also gave us a ride to the beach they recommended, arranged our tour reservations to Khoa Sak National Park, & picked up some stamps at the post office for us. Above and beyond in my book, especially when compared to the nickel and diming we experienced at the place on the beach. It was nice to be centrally located near all the nightly activities after being out on the fringe of town for the first week of our stay in Khoa Lak. Nice little deck to relax on outside the room too. Fridge was better than one at a place we paid 3x more for. Recommended!!!!! Would go back. (ps - if you need to have a soft mattress to sleep on, then don't go to Thailand. Gotta say my bed at home is softer, but my back liked the firmer mattresses better after I got used to them.)

[please "like" if this is helpful]I LOVE this medium range delightful hotel!5 stars for:1) value for the price2) helpfulness and kindness of the hosts, Khun Nam and Khun Kai3) cleanliness4) free laundry (within reason)5) the room was functionally well equipped (refrigerator, water, soap and shampoo)6) fast wifi throughout7) amazing breakfast, including drip coffee, eggs,, muffins, grain bread, and a generous amount of fresh fruit.8) lobby: places to lounge; umbrellas to borrow; books to read, etc.9) taxi and adventure booking10) family friendly11) located near the Walking Night Market, beach, restaurants, massage, and many other local attractions12) easy, free parking lot at the front doorAbove all, the most outstanding aspect was the level of welcoming, care from the family and their staff (I was happy to see the staff are treated very well, as part of the family).Many hotels work well with their hands, and check the boxes for hosting guests, but it is special when you see people who include their heart in everything they do. It's easy to see that the customers feel great at CasaCool.

I received a friendly welcome upon arrival. I was helped well. But I kept being asked if everything was okay and what I wanted to do, which was a bit annoying.The room was dark and a bit narrow. More in an older style.There was even a tile squeegee in the bathroom.The breakfast was plentiful, with fruits, filter coffee, toast, yogurt.But there are a lot of Germans and expensive restaurants in this area. The night market can't keep up with others either.

This place is run by 2 sisters. While it is a hotel, it doesn't feel like one. The sisters Nam and Kai take such good care of each one of their guests. Such love and warmth. They help us plan with things to do, show us around and that breakfast spread is fantastic. They even helped me with gettig a taxi from the airport deapite making a requeat a day before arrival. Cleanliness is extremely important for me and they clean this place like a crime scene. I highly recommend this place for everyone, especially solo travelers.

If I'm just looking for a place to sleep in Thailand because you're traveling all the time, then you've come to the right place. The two operators are super nice and will fulfill your every wish. Medical treatment included. I caught the flu. The virus had no chance against the Thai home remedies. I think they would wake the dead too. Thank you girls for the lovely holiday.

The best hotel we had the pleasure to have stayed at on our 3 month trip around Asia! It is ran by two amazing sisters , so so kind, warm and attentive, laundry done free of charge, free shuttle to any beaches, lovely breakfast included. It feels like a home when you’re there , clean and comfortable rooms and the beds were so luxurious, by far the nicest place we have stayed in , we didn’t want to leave!! Cannot recommend this place enough ⭐️ if I could give it 6 stars I would!

Cheap, large rooms with AC. Good breakfast and free laundry - so nice waking up to find it’s all clean and folded. Good breakfast and super nice people, even gave us a free ride to next hotel as they had no free rooms.

Price-performance ratio is really perfect. Of course, not a luxury resort, but you have everything you need. Free water, a nice view and a really big room with air conditioning and a TV. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring. The suitcases would be carried for you, your wishes would be fulfilled and even the laundry would be washed, ironed and folded free of charge. The breakfast here is based on various types of fruit, some of which change (mango, watermelon, passion fruit,...) There is also very tasty grain bread, yoghurt and you can choose between different 🥚 variations.I would recommend this hotel to everyone ;D

The perfekt Boutique Hotel. It was sooo lovely! The owners are so very nice. She helped us organising everything. One could really see that she does her job with all her energy, heart and happiness. The Food was great. The location is so cute, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Would recommend it
