My stay at FOUR SEASONS SUZHOU was HEAVEN!AMBIENCE of the hotel is fantastic !BREAKFAST station spreads/delights was gastronomic !but the ONE TRUE DIFFERENCE IS THE STAFF..THE FRIENDLY PEOPLE who SMILES, delivers, and makes your stay so comfortable like HOME!The day I checked-in, I met Rosemary (reception desk), she is so eloquent in English as I try to stammer my Mandarin; for me, that was the first HOME- base. Being foreigners, we did not have access to China's efficient telecommunications, She instantly "dial a ride to Suzhou Old Town", it was ONLY AFTER I REACHED old town, did I find out my ride was already paid for (PERSONALLY to her own account, NOT CHARGED to our FOUR SEASONS room account). When I was paying her for "advancing" the taxi ride, she politely refused the "extra tip".This was the second HOME - base. She treated us like FAMILYWorth mention is also the PRETTY YOUNG lady ,who just recently joined FOUR SEASONS after graduating , who took us around to see the whole hotel vicinity in a golf cart. With "my senior moments", I am sorry I forgot your name....

Beautiful property. It is truly a resort within a city. The amenities were great - gym, sauna, pools. The service was outstanding. Team members went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. I would recommend paying a bit greater attention to cleaning (however, there were no major issues).

This was one of the best hotels I stayed in my life! Everything was sublime. Starting from the arhitectura that combines art deco and transitional Chinese design and every single material used.Besides the design, the staff has been so nice, accommodating and attentive you cannot imagine.
